Got exactly what I ordered

Easy to order and delivery good, not great. Product arrived in good shape . And worked fine after charging the battery.

I bought a rechargeable clip on fan from Tegs tools on July 19. In the Manuel it says the fan can take up to 6 hours to charge. I had the fan plugged in for more than 15 hours and it still only had 1/2 of the charge. I called the store on July 24 to start the return process. This is where things went bad. I was told on the phone it would be easiest for everyone if I just emailed Josh at the Rymal rd store as he's in charge of online returns. I emailed Josh at 1030am on July 24, as it was early in the day I expected a response especially as they were expecting the email. I received a email back the following day from Josh which said he wasn't going to help me process the return as he was too busy and on holidays the following week so he stated in his email that I should call back Monday and deal with the owner. I wasn't ok with this response so I drove to the store from Burlington which took 40 minutes of my time not to mention the cost of gas as well. When I got to the store Josh processed the return in under 5 minutes. Josh also swore at me on the phone which im not going to tell you offended me, however it speaks of unprofessional this company is.

Excellent experience! I ordered the 20 gallon parts washer to use as a sink in my pottery studios. It's so perfect! I thought it was orange on the site but when I opened up the box, it was the most beautiful cherry red! Just fyi in case you really want orange or (like me) really didn't want orange lol.

According to the ad the earbuds would fit anyone. Didn't fit me.

It was easy to order off of the website and the price was good. Unfortunately the courier was useless. No great effort on their part to deliver in a timely fashion.

When I found out it was shipping by Canada Post, I thought "Oh Sh*t", but then it showed up the next day and I was super happy.

The product was a good price, the staff were courteous and organized. The delivery went smooth.
I haven't had the time to assemble or use the planer yet, as my house is being renovated and it may be until the end of summer before I have time.
The planer is going to be used to mill wood for house finishes.

I ordered on line and the items arrived quickly. Very happy with the products and the great service.

My shopping experience was fantastic from start to finish. The online store was easy to use and somehow I messed up and my order was set for pick up at one of their locations, but I don’t live in the area so I called them and within minutes they had fixed my order and was getting it ready for shipping, the shipping was free and fast. It arrived on my doorstep no signature required so I didn’t have to go to the post office because I missed the delivery and everything was there in good working order not to mention the price was phenomenal and the tools were on sale, hands-down the best shopping experience for tools online by far.
