Promises Didn’t Match Delivery
Unfortunately, our experience with StudioHawk was extremely disappointing.
We engaged them based on representations made during the sales and onboarding process that urgent technical SEO work would be prioritised, particularly given the time of year and the importance of performance heading into peak trading.
After the first month — despite significant cost — there were no meaningful technical fixes implemented on our website, no published content delivered, and no tangible improvements to tracking or performance.
What was ultimately provided consisted largely of planning documents and spreadsheets, many of which were only surfaced after we issued notice of termination. This did not align with the execution-focused service that was sold to us at the outset.
We also experienced serious professionalism concerns, including incorrect tracking implementation and attempted billing after termination notice, which further undermined trust.
Overall, the value delivered for the fees charged was not acceptable, and the experience fell well short of expectations for an agency positioning itself as a top-tier SEO provider.
We would not recommend StudioHawk based on our experience.
