Terrible delays and communication! They announce a certain start date, then you reserve time for the dates that were announced as the kickoff to be available and they keep delaying and delaying with zero information when you're actually needed. Basically blocking your time without pay. I don't think this is fair and it's really disrespectful towards another persons time. This happened always and with multiple projects for this company, it is a pattern of disrespect for contractors!!

I successfully passed all stages: interview, QA Lead Assessment, signed a contract via Deel, completed KYC, and set up Discord. My status was updated to "Russian Team Lead."

After that — complete silence. Meanwhile, I keep seeing the same position reposted on LinkedIn with dozens of new applicants.

It feels like they are just building a massive database of candidates "just in case," without any intention of actually assigning projects. The onboarding process takes hours, but the company doesn't even bother to send a template rejection or a "we are still looking for a project for you" email.

If you value your time and mental health, I would not recommend relying on this platform for stable income.

I was hired for one of their project and it took forever to start bootcamp and after i worked on their boot camp after 10 days they published so called "results" more of insults.. I was instantly removed from whole project WITHOUT ANY EXPLANTATION. Pathetic people and trash system! Avoid them at any cost and save your day!

BIG SCAM

This company posts jobs on LinkedIn to hire you for training AI Models, but after your interview with AI, they completely ghost you, even though I got confirmation that my interview has been cleared. It turns out the company's main motive is to just train their AI Models for free using your video interviews.
