Humm itself is fantastic, you can use it to buy almost everything. Very reasonable APRs aswell. But what makes it more perfect is the customer service, everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. Specially Thelesa L.

When the standard rate is closer to the ~21% APR mark instead, it's a different calculation entirely, and I'd pass in favour of a personal loan or a straightforward cash purchase. So: excellent when the 0% offer is genuine, and worth knowing it's not the one to reach for otherwise.

IT was very quik and easy to use and no fuss

Sarah Niebergall, Territory Manager at Humm Financial, reached out to me proactively offering their services. She initiated the conversation, which naturally took up my valuable time as I listened to her pitch and responded with the details she requested.

Unfortunately, after investing that time and showing genuine interest, Sarah completely disappeared and left me hanging. There was zero follow-up, no updates, and no communication whatsoever after her initial outreach.

This experience felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. If Humm Financial’s team is going to cold-contact potential customers, they should at least have the basic courtesy to follow through or provide a clear response.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Sarah or similar representatives from Humm Financial. Great promises, poor execution.

EDIT: They did not cold contact me; I just noticed they contacted me 3 months AFTER my form submission, which made me feel like a cold contact since I completely forgot about it. Thanks for correcting, you just made it worse.
