Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Not willing to admit their mistakes. Blatantly misleading trading practices (mis-selling products). Genuinely, one of the worst companies I've had the misfortune of dealing with.

Standard pallet deliveries are normally booked in directly with the customer, and our records indicate this was done by the courier in this instance, so we’re sorry if the delivery arrangements were not communicated as expected.

Good but don't expect it next day
Ordered on the 1st June did not receive item until 12th June. Although website did say item was in stock, not sure what the delay was?
