Smooth, efficient, great communication and there when you need them

There was fantastic communication and a willingness to help.
Both Jacob and Sarah worked hard in answering any queries I had and were very easy to talk to.
They were also very encouraging and supportive.

My recruiter, Matt, was great; he kept me updated on all that was going on with the position he had sent my resume to. He gave feedback that he got from the hiring manager, and he had a lot of insight into the company, as he had placed other people there before.

The main thing for me apart from getting the job was the communication, it was spot on, always keeping me aware what stage the process was at.

My experience was with Ewart Grogono-Thomas. I would give him 10 stars if I were able to. Ewart is extremely professional, reliable, caring and on top of ever step in the process. I was extremely happy to work with him and would recommend ANYONE to work with him. Ewart was very clear his descriptions and always on top of the information about the company, the position and the process. He sent me very timely emails and called me to assure I had everything I needed, as well as answered every question I had with a resourceful response. Not only did I receive a new position, but Ewart worked on my behalf to allow me to eventually receive the highest base salary that I have ever gotten.
