I had about five different instructors as I couldnt always get the same one which was fine, I got to learn each one does it differently but it was helpful to see. Thank you for getting my ready for cbt and making the day memorable. They were very supportive as I fell off a manual and was happy to swap me to an auto as my brain couldnt confidently concentrate on learning everything all together plus the fell knocked my confidence and I want to give a special shout out to kaz for building my confidence back up thank you so much, im so excited to continue my bike journey :)

Fourth cbt with thes guys at least. Maybe more and won't go elsewhere for cbt as most of their guys are sound. I keep going back so tells you all you need to know really, however as great as the guys are this time we had Mr Chatty. Lovely bloke but took a 4 hour course from 8am until 2pm ish. Appreciate all the input and useful if going for big boy license but gawd this guy can whittle on. He must have told the same joke 5 times. Trying to big us up to pass the big boy test. I simply want to get to work on time.

He even thought telling two grown a.. men they were going to compete Krypton factor style to make a folder to put the cbt sheet in was a good idea. ... anything that could be stretched to beyond any reasonable time frame was. Lovely bloke - not fast.

Also this time lass on phone tells me I have to book online. Immediately lose half a star for that nonsense.

All staff where extremely friendly, helpful and experience and made getting my license a breeze from cbt all the way to full license.

A massive thank you to the entire Phoenix team for helping me pass both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests! All the instructors were amazing, professional, patient, supportive and very knowledgeable. They prepared me brilliantly in such a short time! I couldn’t recommend Phoenix highly enough to anyone looking for motorcycle training.

Excellent staff. Made learning to ride exciting and can’t wait to continue my learning up to direct access with them.

Honestly couldn’t ask for a better riding school, passed mod 1 and mod 2 with them training was amazing from Karen mod 1 and Pete mod 2 great teaching styles from both made me feel calm and relaxed and achieved what I set out for so thank you!

I have used Phoenix before and they are always professional and good methods of training. Yesterdays course was held by John and he was superb, my pal hadn't rode a bike for 30 years, by the time we had finished, he was like an accomplished rider.

Instructors Chris and Paul were clear, calm and knowledgeable. Helped to build confidence over the day and never made me feel like I made a mistake. They suggested I trained my CBT on a manual bike as I have future hopes of getting full licence despite only intending to do auto CBT so this has now set me up well and I was pleased to be encouraged to do this. Overall very good experience and will be booking future courses with Phoenix Sidcup.

Bookings were easy with staff on phone being friendly. Email responses were prompt. Staff on the day were also friendly in addition to being patient and professional.

Was amazing amazing day. First time riding a bike. Was put through every aspect of having a bike, with theory and practical skills. Was a long hot day. But was so worth it. I passed my cbt. And in the next few days my awaiting motorbike will be on the road. Thankyou so much to nick. Has soo much knowledge and the time to pass it on

From start to finish, everyone was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, so helpful and really professional, especially my instructors Greg and John. The course was well structured and presented, keeping me engaged and learning without an information overload. I had 30 minutes experience before the course, I am now hooked.

I completed my CBT yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The trainer was absolutely amazing—professional, patient, and very supportive throughout the entire day. They explained everything clearly, helped build my confidence, and made sure I understood each part of the training before moving on.

The training was well organised, and the trainer created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that made learning enjoyable. Thanks to their excellent guidance and encouragement, I felt comfortable and confident throughout the course.

My instructor was Greg and he really helped me to pass I really enjoy my time leaning and he help me a lot thank you all
