Couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Genuinely cares about teaching you and making sure that you are confident with riding on the road. From the start of the session he already made it a comfortable environment and really helped us to take the pressure off our minds so that we could focus on executing the manoeuvres as accurately as we could. He was always encouraging us by using positive reinforcement and he definitely teaches his students according to each individual person. He focused on our weak points carefully while still trying to ensure we maintain all other skills. Overall, the session was very smooth and very constructive and gave me more confidence when it comes to riding bikes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to start their bike journey or even trying to take their bike journey further!

I had a cbt course on the 17th Aprill with Marc and i got to say concidering i had no experience or knowledge on how to ride he made me feel confident and gave me good advice on how to contorl the bike. After i passed i took my bike out for a spin and could say i got taught really well as i didnt feel nervous or worried.

I took my latest CBT at Phoenix's Croydon site in New Addington on Friday, 16th April 2021. Sam, the Instructor was professional, polite, clear and patient with all if the trainees, who had less or no riding experience compared to myself, as on the the previous CBT's with him.

The hire bike was a 20 plate with low mileage and in good condition and the radio used on the road riding element was new and lighter than the model used on previous CBT's.

The road riding element was on roads that I have never ridden before so gave me new experience and challenges.

Thank you Sam and Phoenix and I will see you again in 2 years time.

Got the chance to do my CBT today after a long wait due to lockdown and passed massive thankyou to both instructors Marc and Stuart, you guys are the best especially you Marc, a good laugh and a funny guy definitely took the nerves away, thankyou both so much couldn't suggest anyone else👌👍

Yesterday I got my dream CBT certificate. I've never ridden a motorbike before. My first CBT wasn't successful, but thanks to Vince (despite 3 cute tippers on the maneuvering yard) I learned to sit on a motorcycle, start the engine and even ride a slalom 🏍️😊. Later, all friendly and good skilled instructors from Phoenix Motorcycle Training in Crystal Palace made my riding even better.
Yesterday's CBT was a big pleasure. My fantastic instructor Jose Mourino gave us a lot of valuable knowledge and improved our skills even better. The whole day of training with Jose was in a great atmosphere and the learning was really memorable. Jose was very helpful.
If your dream is riding a motorbike, you should choose Phoenix. In Phoenix you will learn or improve safe riding on a motorbike and you will gain appropriate knowledge and useful skills.
Finally, my dreams come true - so happy !!!

My instructor Marc was very attentive and kept us engaged 100% all the time. He gave excellent feedback enabling quick improvement during the CBT course. The road ride was excellent and you felt well looked after and safe. We experienced pretty much all scenarios in the 2 hours and in some busy Saturday London suburb traffic conditions. It even rained a bit and was very cold so we had good variation of conditions. Marc was fair and honest, he pushed you when needed and gave confidence. Looking forward to the next modules.

They teach very good on all the things like round about , blind spot , turning and also give nice training on road !!

Everyone from the office team to the variuous trainers i had were friendly and professional. The whole process was made increddibly easy even with Covid going on. I feel they made every effort to facilitate the changing rules and were excellent at keeping in touch with me.
I would highly recommend both Phoenix and my trainers, Mark, Sam and Steve to anyone.
