Marc was just a brilliant instructor. I was renewing my CBT, but learned so much more and completed the course with new skills to help me be a bette rider.

Excellent CBT Motorcycle Training!
I had an incredibly enjoyable experience with Marc as my CBT Motorcycle instructor. He ensured that all tasks were performed safely and accurately, all while displaying a wonderful set of traits and a Awsome personality with good humour that put all the students at ease . I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Marc for his great training and tips and sharing of his real world experience with motorcycles and Marc's assistance in obtaining my CBT Refresher certificate once more. Thanks for an awesome day and the rides were also well though out and made me feel ready to handle all roads .

Sam was wonderful, made it so easy to understand and gave me adequate time and attention to improve on my issues. Came there a novice but left as a novice who now has the skills to become a pro rider.

First time on a motorbike for my CBT, day started rough but Marc Torrance made me feel a lot more comfortable and confident on the bike. Amazing instructor highly Recommend.

The instructor Marc made me very comfortable during the lesson and was very patient. He made sure to give us the time to correct any faults we had made and explained everything very well . He was quite entertaining and spoke to us through out our road ride helping us too keep calm during the session.

I did my CBT today at the New Addington (Croydon) training centre with Sam, who was a fantastic instructor throughout - friendly, funny, patient, and incredibly calm when giving instructions out on the road. Would recommend using this centre.

They will go with you all the way, just make sure you ask questions and are ready to learn! Make full use of their help and expertise.

CBT day with experienced instructor Marc, along with the required training it also was full of useful, practical information for a new biker. I'd certainly recommend them based on my experience.

Strongly recommended the Crystal Palace branch where I had my test taken, Friendly and professional training.

Our instructor Alex was brilliant, when things got difficult he changed things up and made the experience very relaxed. We had a great day and would highly recommend Phoenix especially if you're lucky to have Alex with you.

I recently completed my CBT with Phoenix and I can only say good things about the setup, the team and the outcome.
The team were very supportive and patient and made sure that nobody went out onto the road without being comfortable and competent.
The bikes provided were well looked after and the location was very convenient for me.
When the weather improves I will be returning to complete my Direct Access for a full license.
Mark, Alex and Pete were all great blokes, with good humour and effective teaching style.
