CBT was comprehensive yet not overly long. Confidence built by on-road session. Tutors were knowledgeable and had lots of experience. Will be returning for onward courses.

A really straightforward engaging day with Instructor Andy at Bristol, lots of simple, clear instruction lead to a completed CBT.

I started off my journey with Phoenix Motorcycle Training school by having an assessment in the Cwmbran location with John. After I had quite a terrible experience with my CBT school in Bridgend John gave me great confidence during the assessment and advised a 4 day split for my Mod 1 and Mod 2.
I completed my Mod 1 & Mod 2 at the Bristol location due to availability of tests which was much better than anywhere locally.
For my Mod 1 I was trained by Will, who showed a great amount of knowledge in how to get everything down within the 1 days training and also started to prep me for Mod 2 with the journeys back and forth from the training location. He made me feel calm and relaxed with his humour and due to his support and guidance I passed the Mod 1 with 0 faults.
My Mod 2 was today and the training was delivered by Sean. Sean was fantastic, during my Mod 2 training it was just me and him, and it was intense to have all the attention on me for everything I did that day but again, he provided so much guidance that I felt so much more confident in myself to be able to achieve what I was after. He was great company along the way and the jokes always made me feel at ease. Thanks to Sean and his training skill and knowledge I managed to pass my Mod 2 with only 4 faults.

The experience from start to finish has been amazing. All the staff I met and spoke to on the phone were super helpful and nice. I will always be recomending this training school to any new rider as I definitely wouldn't of been able to achieve my goal without them.

Thank you again to everyone at the school, I am so happy with the results and cannot wait for my first solo ride 🎉

Great work guys been to a few different places over the years and they teach you properly and make sure you are capable of riding a motorcycle 😀😀

Had a very enjoyable day doing my CBT with Phoenix at their Clifton Rugby Club at the weekend. The info sent ahead of the course was helpful so I felt prepared and I was able to borrow the helmet, jacket and gloves on the day. Sean our trainer did an amazing job with all aspects of the course from the theory, practice in the car park then progressing on to the road ride. The roads were quite busy being a sunny Saturday but the routes chosen were great and the info from Sean was always clear, calm, informative and often entertaining! All round a great introduction to riding and would thoroughly recommend.

Great training and trainers. Had been nervous at the start but wirhin the first hour I felt confident and happy due to the instructor's enthusiasm and training methods

Really good service and all the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Special thanks to Will from taking me from zero to hero.

The instructor was very nice, gave us the confidence to ride and we passed the CBT first time. The prices are a bit spicy when comes to doing the full license but the instructors were great

Had a great experience doing my CBT with Phoenix. Instructors were friendly, patient and easy going while still being professional and very safety conscious. Will definitely come back to do my full license.

Amazing instructors, easy to listen to and with clear instructions. Lots of time spent in the bike getting to grasp with everything you’ll beed to ride safely on the road. Bonus points for feeling perfectly comfortable as a woman in the class if that is a worry to anyone.

Really enjoyed my experience completing the CBT course. The trainers were great and supportive - i had no prior experience.

Both trainers supported my learning differences. As i can find too much information in one go overwhelming.

The reassuring part is that this company will not pass anyone just because but ensure youve met the criteria to be safe on the road.

If you dont have the right gear, you can borrow from them. There is parking for your car. They also provide motorbikes for the training too.

Reminder though, the invite says it will finish at 1500, however it doesnt. We finished at 1630 after passing.

Amazing service. My instructor was Jeorge and Andrew. I found all instructions were given nice and clear in plenty of time with lots of explanation around doing things as well as demonstrations

The instructor is great (shout out to Sean)! Really good at explaining things and made everyone at ease throughout the lesson.

Would highly recommend doing lessons with them.
