Everything is perfect!

I went with Phoenix in Bath for my CBT then full direct access training and just got my full licence yesterday passing everything first time! I would highly recommend Phoenix. The team are super friendly, especially my instructor Chris who is hilarious and instantly put me at ease! I had a lot of laughs along the way and great advice throughout the training. He really got my confidence up out on the road rides so now I’m excited to get out there on my own bigger bike! Thanks so much!!

Great instructors always happy to answer questions. I joined the cbt course having ridden automatic bikes with the aim to learn to use and get comfortable with gears. In one day I was able to get the hang of it and really enjoyed the 2 hour drive. The instructor took us through some busy roads as well as scenic routes which was a great way of breaking the ice. I feel a lot more confident buying a bike with gears now and will look into doing the full license with phoenix!

The phoenix team are all great , very helpful on the phone and great when training especially Chris who’s not only a great instructor but hilarious as well .
On my 3rd attempt finally passed my full A licence (which I should have passed first time if not for my own stupidity twice) but they are very patient , helpful and more than happy to answer your questions and they give you the confidence and encouragement you need to get you through it all from start to finish .

Amazing instructors. They have a lot of patience and most of all, they make sure you are safe to be on the roads. I aquire technical skills maybe slower than others, they had a lot of patients and provided support every step of the way

I used Phoenix right through from CBT to getting my full licence yesterday. I was taught well, given a bit of extra input when I needed it, had all my questions answered and always felt safe on my bike, regardless of the size or where I was riding. I’m delighted to have passed and I’m ready to get out riding on my own bike now. I genuinely had a great time riding on the road with my instructor, Chris, and other students at the same stage as me. Top experience and top result!

Having an instructor only qualified to take cbts and no higher course then expecting you to pay for an assessment to deem competence to take mod 1 and 2 is unfair on the customer . I understand the need for it but after phoning another training provider I save myself over 150 for the same course and an assessment. Overall the instructors are great I fee this could due to the demand of course but having the customers pay for it isn’t fair . Other members of my family raved about phoenix .

Me and my friend have just completed CBT -> MOD 1 & 2 with Chris over the past few months.
Chris was great, we enjoyed every moment of the training with him. Would 100% recommend him. He made it fun and was extremely knowledgeable.

It had been 29 years since I had ridden a bike but with the team’s support it all came flooding back.

Very helpful company easy to deal with and very accommodating. Chris the instructor I had was very knowledgeable and helpfull he was very easy to get along with and made the whole process alot easier and less daunting to get my full licence

Couldnt rate highly enough, friendly team and great standard of training. Think you'd struggle to find anywhere cheaper and better value also.

Friendly, open and absolutely amazing to have done my CBT here. Looking forward in doing my module one here in the next few months and recommend it to anyone that wants to complete their CBT or any of their modules!!

Got the job done but teaching overall wasn’t that great. Instructor lacked patience and would raise his voice quickly if you didn’t understand. What I had learnt on the day felt very surface level and after comparing my experience with another school doing my full licence the quality in teaching is night and day

I had a fantastic time training for a full Category A license in Phoenix(Bath). My coach was Chris.

The training wasn't your typical session where you're simply instructed and then receive feedback at the end of the day, much of which you tend to forget. Chris actively engaged during the sessions, allowing me to observe and emulate his driving style. I believe this aspect was even more beneficial than being shadowed by an instructor.
The outcome? I passed the test on my first attempt!
