My items were delivered very quickly and I was contacted by phone beforehand to update me on delivery times. They stock a wide range of goods which are of exceptional quality. Will definitely use this company again without hesitation.

Received an email confirming order
Received an email confirming order, was advised that we would be told when order would be despatched. Didn't get one and arrived home one day to find the delivery propped up against our house outside in full view of the street in the rain !!!

Ordered new windows not happy with…
Ordered new windows not happy with the after sales service one pane of glass has a scratch which needs replacing, the handles are hard to close and open which I do believe is called a window locking mechanism
The chap fitting them is good as gold. But the after sales is crap no assistance at all the attitude is all wrong it feels like we had ur money thats it we even ordered cladding from urselfs but now wish we went to gap instead I no and anyone else who is thinking of using national plastics too think again
Iam sorry it sounds harsh but if they can't be assd so be it.

Lack of Care
Bought 5 panels, every one was damaged. 4 had dents on the back which wasn't so bad, but one had to be replaced - and even the had dents in the back - no care taken with goods that people are paying good money for. Should not have to accept any damage at all really - not great.

Refused to deliver
Spent a lot of time searching the net for a company to deliver UPVC fascia, many will not deliver to highlands. This said they would, placed the order, 2 days later I got a call to say they would only deliver as far as Inverness (over 100miles south of where I am) very disappointed

No notice of delivery even though i'd emailed asking for a delivery date, items were left outiside the front of house when no one home, very lucky they were not stolen, driver could of just as easily put them behind our locked side gates.
