Absolutely terrible service!!
Absolutely terrible service!!! No communication!!!!! Delivery not on time!!! and again no communication or explanation!!! And went eventually it arrived it was short!!!!!! Won't use again!!!!!

I am sorry you have had issues. Orders do generally take around a week to arrive. The delivery branch were trying to get the order to you as quickly as possible. I understand they are in contact with you had have made you aware of what is happening,

Good afternoon,
I am sorry for the delay but I was unaware. I can see the order was placed on the 28th June and we sent it from our Warehouse on the 1st July. Because you are up in Cairndow it will take a little longer for it to get to you. Orders would usually take around a week to arrive, but this will be slightly longer because of the distance. I have asked the Courier to find out more information and I will let you know what is happening as soon as I hear back
