About a year ago, I contacted Moorgate Andrology to book an appointment. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and asked me how much filler I wanted. I explained that I only wanted a slight increase in the girth of my penis for cosmetic reasons, as I was perfectly happy with its size and simply wanted it to look a little thicker.

Before the call, the clinic had already sent me information about the different types of fillers and their prices. What surprised me was that, based solely on a phone conversation and without ever examining me in person, I was advised to have 15 cc of their intermediate filler (I cannot remember the brand) and was even asked to pay for it in advance to reserve it. I found this strange, but I assumed that once I attended the clinic, the doctor would examine me and decide whether that amount was actually appropriate.

On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time. However, I went into the building opposite because there are several clinics in the same area of Marylebone. I asked at reception, gave my name, and was asked to wait. After about 25 minutes, I was called in, only for the doctor to realise I wasn’t on his list. It turned out I had been waiting in the wrong doctor My actual doctor was on the third floor of the building opposite, and his assistant came to collect me.

When I entered the consultation room, the doctor was visibly furious because he had apparently been waiting for me for over half an hour. In a raised voice, he demanded to know why I was so late. I tried to apologise and explain that it had been a mistake at reception, but he repeatedly interrupted me with an aggressive “OK, OK,” clearly wanting me to stop talking. I was completely shocked. I had never been spoken to like that by a healthcare professional.

He then simply told me to lie down on the examination couch. At that moment I seriously considered leaving, but everything had already been prepared, and the nurse had filled numerous syringes with filler. I don’t know why, but instead of walking away, I stayed and hoped the doctor would calm down. The whole atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable. I remained quiet while he barely spoke to me, and at no point did he reassess whether the amount of filler was suitable for me.

He proceeded to inject all the filler. I just closed my eyes throughout the procedure. When he finished and I looked at the result, my penis was approximately two and a half times thicker than normal. It looked completely disproportionate. Seeing my reaction, the doctor simply said, “You’re swollen. It will go down in about a month.” That was the only explanation I received. I quietly left, paid the remaining balance to his assistant, and went home deeply worried.

My first thought was that the filler would eventually migrate into my foreskin because I had previously read that this could happen. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened. Around four months later, the filler had already started to migrate. By about six months, it had become difficult to retract my foreskin. A couple of months later, the opening had become so narrow that I could barely urinate while standing.

I immediately contacted the clinic, explained what was happening, and requested an urgent appointment with a different doctor to dissolve the filler, as I no longer wanted to be treated by the doctor who had performed the procedure. I was told they were fully booked and that the earliest available appointment was six weeks away. I explained that I could barely urinate and that this was an urgent medical issue, but they simply told me to go to Accident & Emergency in a hospital because they could not offer me an earlier appointment.

I was deeply disappointed. What hurt me the most was not only the outcome of the treatment but the complete lack of concern for a patient who was experiencing a serious complication.

To see whether they were genuinely fully booked, my cousin called the clinic pretending to be a new patient. To our surprise, he was offered an appointment just three days later.

In my opinion, this clinic was interested in taking my money but showed very little interest in supporting me when serious complications arose. This has been the worst medical experience of my life. I am sharing my experience so that others can make a fully informed decision before choosing this clinic.

Have had multiple filler procedures with Moorgate now. Always good results. David and Pauline are always responsive and professional. Would recommend.

Dr Fragkoulis took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly, and I was pleased to be in the care of a urologist whose background and experience reassured me that I was in good hands given my medical history.

I was made to feel comfortable by david as soon as I met him at reception. The procedure was painless and the results where brilliant. I couldn't recommend a company more for professionalism, from the admin to the procedure.

Thanks to all the team at Moorgate, I have had the filler, great job - even though I had a death in family they kept their word and allowed me to keep my appt, Pauline and David also in particular were excellent.

In 2023, I underwent surgery with Dr Nenad Djakovic through Moorgate Andrology to enhance length and girth. The cost of this surgery was £8,000. The outcome was catastrophic! I experienced severe complications, including extreme swelling of the foreskin and persistent daily pain that significantly impacted my quality of life.

As a result, I was forced to undergo a second procedure in 2025 to remove the fat, in the hope of correcting these issues. Unfortunately, this only made matters worse. I was left with a visibly deformed, sunken appearance and continued complications affecting my foreskin.

I was then advised to proceed with filler treatment to address these problems. This third procedure, carried out in 2026 by Dr Gerasimos Fragkoulis led to a serious infection, requiring emergency surgical intervention by the NHS. I have been informed I may need a further surgery to remove my foreskin, so my ordeal is far from over.

After three separate procedures, not one has been successful. Instead, I have been left in a profoundly distressing physical condition, alongside significant and ongoing mental and emotional trauma. Despite the severity of these outcomes, Moorgate Andrology has failed to take any meaningful responsibility.

The fact that multiple interventions have resulted in escalating complications speaks for itself. I am now pursuing this matter through legal channels and will also be engaging with the media and the GMC.

In the meantime, if sharing my experience prevents even one person from going through what I have endured, then this review has served its purpose. I urge anyone considering treatment with this company to think very carefully before proceeding. They will take your money and wash their hands of you.

10/ 3/ 26 2nd zoom meeting with David mills , Dr Nenad Djakovic, follow up from surgery on which took place on 31/1/ 26 , the plan forward is massage and later weeks when things settled start using the Phallson forte suction device , all under Dr Djakovic advice , excellant service at moorgate , advice and zoom meeting always on there when needed .

I had penis filler and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I had the filler on the Monday and by Wednesday I was in a&e with a very balloon swollen penis and had to have catheter inserted in my penis for 5 days. I was rushed for emergency surgery the next morning to remove the filler and infection at the injection site. I was in hospital and 5 days and I’m now under a nhs urologist because the urologist at Moorgate cancelled the video call because he said he was unwell they don’t care. Once they have your money you are on your own and the chances of compilations are a lot higher than what they claim. The office I had my filler was not sterilised and more like someone’s living room. PLEASE if you’re thinking about having this done seriously DON’T do it. Just use an extender/pump. RE: My complaint was rejected by moorgate even though I’ve now got life changing issues with my penis. I’m now in the process of starting legal proceedings against moorgate. If you have had issues with moorgate start a Medical neglect claim against Moorgate don’t let them fob you off.

Fantastic from start to finish. Great communication and aftercare. The guys are brilliant and make you feel at ease!

I’ve had penis fillers here previously and I am really happy with the results. They are very professional and make you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested.
