We had a fantastic experience with MGY from start to finish. Becky and James were an absolute pleasure to deal with – really down to earth, honest and never pushy. They made what can be a really stressful process feel much more manageable.

Lily was brilliant at constantly chasing the sale and keeping everything moving, while James and Becky worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to push the process through. We always felt they were open and honest with us, and we genuinely don't think our move would have gone as smoothly without their support.

Worst "estate agents" EVER!! Cancelled appointments without telling me, changed the times of appointments without telling me, lied and denied sending me the appointment times via text message despite me literally showing them it etc etc. James from Radar is especially bad and will also lie that he's been trying to get hold of you to re arrange his appointment time because he cant be bothered respecting people's time and turning up. Never have I encountered a worse bunch of incompetent LIARS. How these people are in business is beyond me. AVOID. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We made an appointment to view a property in Heath, Cardiff. MGY were able to give us a next day appointment which was very convenient for us.
We were met at the property right on time by Chloe who was a very helpful, professional and friendly representative of MGY.
She had the answers to all our questions and throughout the viewing, we never felt rushed or lacking of information. And for any prospective sellers, Chloe ensured we respected the owner's property during our visit.

I dealt with Oliver Karamouzis for the purchase of my new home and then the sales progression team once my offer had been accepted. From the day I viewed the house (10 March) until the day I completed (14 May) the whole experience was amazing. This excellent service helped what is a very stressful time. I've just moved into my rental apartment and the experience with MGY was super smooth. From the viewings to contract paperwork, everything was always as planned. I've had a few viewings with MGY before finally finding my place and they are a helpful bunch. Sian especially from Radyr Lettings office was not only very knowledgeable and thorough but also very nice and approachable person.

MGY recently sold a flat for me in Cardiff. It was not the easiest of sales as the apartment block had minor cladding issues, and some lenders would not lend. Without the help and professionalism of Nicky Griffith in the Sales Progression team, I do not think the sale would have progressed. Nicky was proactive in trying to resolve issues as they arose. She was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise her highly enough. Further, all the members of the sales team in Cardiff Bay were very approachable and friendly; though a special mention should go to Becky Thompson for finding a buyer quite quickly. Would I use MGY again - Yes. Would I recommend MGY to others - Yes.
