I was initially very happy with the service provided to me, but later I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated (after my bill had already been paid and I had an issue). I took my vehicle in for routine oil change and tire rotation. They called me and said my rear brakes needed to be replaced soon. I asked for an estimate and said I would have this done at a later date. I picked the vehicle up and had no issues. I drove for approximately 10 miles and then my Anti Lock Brake indicator light and my Electronic Stability Light indicator light came on. I thought perhaps something just needed to be reset, and called Mavis about it. Instead, "Sam" immediately had an attitude with me and insinuated I was lying about this and told me that those indicator lights were on when I dropped the car off. I swear on everything that is holy, that is not true. Why wouldn't I have mentioned that when I dropped the car off? Also, the lights were NOT on when I picked the car up and didn't come on for about another 1/2 hour. He argued with me for 5 minutes and finally said if I brought the vehicle back he would scan it to see what was wrong and wouldn't charge me. Knowing how hostile Sam was on the phone I wanted to avoid returning there so I called someone I trusted about what had happened and he told me that sometimes when tires are rotated the wheels sensors can easily be bumped or moved and just need to be reset. He told me to bring it down to him and he would check it for me and reset them. Turns out that is all that needed to be done. So what could have been something so simple was turned into an argument and now Mavis has lost me (and my husband who had his truck serviced there the week before) as customers. If he had shown me a little respect, I would have been fine with running down there to have them verify that it was sensors that just needed to be reset and would have returned within the month to have them do my brakes.

austin, john and the team at this location are always ontop of everything and take care of my truck. i use it for work and they always go above and beyond to get my truck done as fast as possible and check over everything to make sure it won't break down. i can't say enough good about them.

Easy peasy! Called and spoke to Austin who was very friendly! Drove there and a mechanic immediately took my car in the back to do the work. In less than an hour between travel and repairing my tire I was out the door. The waiting area is spacious and clean, staff is eager to help. There are regular and USB outlets for your convenience to charge your favorite electronic devices. Two definite thumbs up! 👍🏼 👍🏼

I was very grateful to the person who welcomed me into the store that Sunday morning. He was kind and funny. Got my car in for a new tire.
This was a much better experience than the previous day. I felt pushed aside and wasn't sure I was coming back to Mavis.

I absolutely love Mavis! These guys are ALWAYS friendly! We brought my Mercedes in to get two new tires and they had to order them and got me in right away. The following week, I brought in my sons car, had a nail in the tire, got me in and out ASAP!
