Great customer service too!
I had 2 breakdowns on interstate and bought a tire from this company. After leaving this other company in Woodstock, ga., I headed to my sons.. My tire psi reading was at 36 when I left and by the next morning, it was reading 21. I went to Mavis In Canton and they added air and told me that air was leaking immediately. So they pulled my tired and found a crack in my rim! Why did the other company not tell me this?! I’m so thankful and will use them I needed when im in town.

So I have been coming to this location…
So I have been coming to this location for many years and always have had great service that is until they changed management!!
The last time I was here I was guaranteed to have my car done at a certain time and it wasn’t done until almost an hour after they told me!! So today I decided to give them one more chance as like I said previously this location was amazing!!
My appt was at 300 for an oil change and was not taken back till almost 325 after I complained and didn’t get done till 430!
When I asked why and they said they were backed up, well they should have told me this before I had already waited 25 min!!
Everyone’s time is valuable and if your going to run a business that your able to set appointments you at least should be upfront with the customers if your running behind!
Obviously the new management is having issues with time management!

New Headlight at NO CHARGE
Rep was incredibly helpful; removed the burned-out headlight, installed a new one for me, and ALL AT NO CHARGE. I asked how much I could pay, and he said just leave a review. OK, here it is - the Rep was very kind, and he saved me from an expensive trip to the VW Dealership.

I needed new tires
I needed new tires. They helped me pick out what tire would best suit the area I drive and some of the lite off roading I do. I was well pleased both with the price and the friendly service.
