Friendly staff. Service done that I needed quickly.

I had a very bad experience with this company located at 405 W. Main Street. They charge double for their parts and also in labor. Unless you are keen to check and have some knowledge on car parts and their prices, you cannot trust what they tell you. I would highly discourage anyone from taking their car there for repair. I have already told my family members and friends to never take their cars there for repair. Their work is very poor and unreliable. I had to come and tow my car somewhere else. I had to replace some of the parts they had already charged me for. It is like a monkey business. Also, a wrong cheap battery had been put in my car and overcharged me for it including very high fees for taking it out and replacing it. Disc brake Calipers and disc brake pads were almost double the price and very high labor for each instead of cumulative. Their receipts are wordy and many pages to confuse the elderly and those who may not have time to read them. I can guarantee you that if you read them, you will be filled with rage for what they are charging you for. They charged me for $3700.00 but refused to pay that amount. I told them that they could just keep the car, finally they removed a little of their inflated fees and told me to pay $2833.30. What really annoyed me was that my car failed to start or move. I was told they don't fix the problem my car had, they claimed that it was a fuel pump. It turned out that that was not the problem with the car. I had to tow it somewhere else where it was finally fixed. This is like highway robbery. I brought back the wrong battery for a refund; they were very rude and refused to refund. I just left it with them and walked out. I guess they will sell it to someone else for double the normal price of the same battery. Other issues I found was that they had done wrong diagnosis of my car and replaced in my car parts that I didn't need.

Once again Toni went above and beyond to find me the most cost effective tires available and as many discounts as permitted which is basically why im a returning customer. Toni and the staff always try to make the repair cost as painless as possible. Much appreciated

need to replace a trailer tire got a quote from them for about 140.00 Next day then the called and said they order the wrong tire and the new tire would cost 220.00 When then billed me the total coast was about 275.00. When I got home the bill showed a different tire. They claimed it was all honest but I would never use them again. they also said I would get a bill via email this never happened. I don't have time to fight with them as life is to short. But stay away.

There was no clear communication, they reminded me and confirmed my appoiment the day before and they did not have the parts available, when I claimed the waiting time they were not honest that they were expecting a delivery. It is worth noting that after the delivery arrived, the work was done effectively, quickly and efficiently.

Management is Consistently efficient, informative and seemingly honest in providing an assessment of work that is necessary. Work is always completed in a timely fashion

Mr. Curtis and Ms. Lilly from Mavis Egg Township are truly a God-sent.

Their personal attention and support have made my experiences with Mavis a wonderful establishment to go to.

The help from Egg Harbor continues with their professionalism which place me at ease for now on.

Mavis tires in Little Egg Harbor is absolutely great. I have bought tires, had brakes installed, and brake fluid drained and replaced. My last visit I had a flat tire called them up told be there at 8:30 the next morning, as it was too late to get it done that day. Showed up at 8:15 left at 8:45. You can’t ask for more than that. Thanks again.
