I won't go anywhere else. They really care about their customers. I feel appreciated and valued. My flex credit wasn't working and I couldn't reach customer service on a Saturday. The Mavis staff worked with me on the price to make sure I was safe on my upcoming road trip. I truly felt valued and left with a smile on my face. Thank you, Mavis!

I got a nail in my tire on my way to work and stopped by Mavis to get it resolved. They went above and beyond and got my vehicle in a bay immediately so I would still get to work on time. Great customer service and professionalism from them every time!

Awesome experience always
I've made Mavis tire my go to store for all of our auto needs. Dave and Kendall do a great job running the store. They always go above and beyond even when expectations are already met. The service is fast. Accurate. Done right the first time and one time I had a small issue Dave handled it flawlessly. No questions. That's when I decided there's no other place to consider. Great job to the guys and the garage

Unfortunate Incident
The Mavis Associates that assisted me in the selection of the new Tires for my vehicle was very professional. Unfortunately upon the Installation process the Technician made a serious mistake. While I was driving my Vehicle back home, I noticed a weird clicking noise which I did not hear on my way into the shop for my appointment. I then immediately returned back to their Shop to let them know what I was experiencing with the Car and they didn’t bother to check it out. They said that the bolts were properly tightened and that there was no way they would be loose. Now I need to take it back ASAP and tell them what went wrong and I’m no Mechanic. I knew there had to be something wrong but they didn’t even bother to check it out. Maybe if I had been a Man instead of a Woman someone would have paid more attention to my concern and checked it out. This would have been avoided if they had listened to me and driven it to have an idea of what was happening with my Car.

This is the only tire and brake shop I go to in Clearwater. They are the best and are always honest with you. They genuinely help you and want to make sure you can leave safely in your car at a reasonable price. I was there this morning for a tire change and was out within 45 minutes! The guy at the front desk has the best customer service as well! Oh and I think they added gas to my car for free too :)
