Horrible Experience…received invoice for $1700 worth of recommended work not including a battery…went to dealer and none of recommended items were reported…watch out for your pockets especially if you are a female!!!
Also was charged $116 for a full synthetic oil change….

I went to the 56 S. Courtland St Mavis dealership and had a wonderful experience. Jose is a consummate professional. My Fiat 500 is running like new after an oil change and computer reset! I’ve had all wonderful experiences with Mavis.

BEWARE!! I own a Subaru Forrester and went to Mavis Discount Tire in East Stroudsburg on Cortlandt Street for a 60K auto maintenance. They conducted a diagnostic test, determined I needed new spark plugs, and changed them. About 30 minutes after leaving the auto shop, my CEL and slip indicator lights came on. I went back to Mavis, and they said the spark plug was faulty, and they changed it out. The day after, the CEL and slip indicator lights came on again. I returned to Mavis, and the mechanic said I needed a new coil ignition for $397.75, which I paid. The car misfired a third time, and I went back to the Subaru dealer and had a diagnostic test conducted, which reported all (4) spark plugs weren't "gapped" correctly and were the wrong type of plug for my Subaru Forrester. When I brought the documentation to Mavis, asking for a refund for the spark plugs and the coil ignition, as it wasn't needed. No one from Mavis is calling back, and the General Manager isn't returning my call, nor has anyone reached out to me. I am contacting the Attorney General's office and the credit card company. Do not go to this shop. They have no idea what to do beyond oil changes and changing tires if there is a complex issue with your car.

Adam and all the other employees are always informative, helpful, highly knowledgeable, and courteous. I always receive great service!!!

This is the third time I pay and the service and labor is terrible, I paid 1800.00 for break lines tires and break pads for my son and they broke hours later brought the car back and they fixed it, today I pay for a new tire and an aliment 250$! Drive away I notice completely it pulls drastically to the left, I told the them told the district manger that happened to be there, I’m told come down we will fix it right away. I get there I’m waiting 25 min, and blamed. Maybe the tires should have been rotated? I’m told well I thought that’s what I paid for?! An aliment! I mean labor alone 120$ smh. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The customer service is poor and delivery of service is significantly delayed. Car owners beware! Do not trust your vehicle with Mavis Discount in East Stroudsburg.

Excellent service, arrived without an appointment, but Kevin was able to fit me in for a oil change and tire rotation.
Still being professional and courteous to those having an appointment. I will definitely recommend Mavis to friends.

I go to mavis to get all new tires. They have great deals. Staff are really friendly and kind. My tire ended up having a nail and mavis took care of it. God bless and thank you for the awesome service. Keep smiling.😊❤🙏

I was on my way to Newark New Jersey to pick the wife and son up from airport when my truck caught a flat tire right around Stroudsburg,Pa. The tow truck driver couldn't get my lugs off either so I had to be towed. He towed me to Mavis in east Stroudsburg (56 S.Courtland street) upon arrival they were already short handed and busy, however they quickly got me in broke my lugs free and put my spare on. I can't express how grateful I am that they understood my situation (being that my wife and 3 year old were at the airport for over an hour and half waiting on me ) and got my truck fixed in a timely manner. Thank you guys. I would highly recommend Ed and his team. Sincerely Bruce Warren.
