Scheduled for an appointment at 1 PM…
Scheduled for an appointment at 1 PM for an oil change. We got there a couple minutes early to check in. The guy at the front desk took our keys and information telling us that "we'll get you right in." We had an oil filter so they didn't need to wait for one to get there. We waited for over an hour for them to get the car in, but it just sat in the same place we parked it so we went to grab lunch next door at Friday's. When we got back from lunch the car was still sitting there so we asked if it was done and the guy said that we were the next in line. At this point it was going on 2 hours past our appointment time. They finally got the car back to do the oil change but they only changed the oil. They said that they couldn't change the filter because someone put it on there too tight and it would break if they tried getting it off. We mentioned that they were the last to change the oil and he just ignored the comment saying that they weren't going to charge us. We waited 3 hours for a scheduled oil change just for them not to do the whole job and not once did anyone update us or tell us that they were behind. We weren't the only customers who were sitting around waiting for hours after appointment times for the cars to be pulled into the garage. This seems to be a recurring issues whenever we go to this location. We schedule an appointment just to sit there for hours waiting for them to start working on the car. We will no longer be doing business with this company.
