Great auto repair and tire store. The Store Manager Chip and the Service Manager Fred are both amazing. Great services, They did my tire rotation, oil change and inspection and they got it all done within 90 mins. They also performed a full free auto inspection for my car. Super efficient and professional and accurate team. Thank you for this new Management team and Kudo to both Chip and Fred taking care of their customers.
I would recommend this store to anyone to seek for any auto tire/repair work.

Super Phenomenal Service!!
I’m located in the Raleigh area, and my daughter attends college in Charlotte. She needed to replace one left rear tire that had a gouge, but the tire had been discontinued. Chris at Mavis went above and beyond—he researched the issue, contacted the distributor directly, and secured the exact single tire we needed.
Chris and his team scheduled the service quickly, and the tire was installed within 72 hours. All on New Year's Eve!! My daughter was treated professionally, felt safe throughout the process, and the car is now back on the road looking great.

Cost to patch a tire is way too high
They patched my tire for almost half the cost of a new tire, to be precise it was $37 for a single patch, though it was just one small visible nail that just needed only one patch, My bad did not inquire about the charge for their Service upfront. Walmart charges $15 for the similar service.

WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business
