I agree with the rest of the reviews. I had a terrible experience with this place mix communication. My husband took our car in for brake work they put on new brakes but fail to turn the rotors talking about they don't do that well why didn't you say that before u put brakes on it first u stated that the rotors was fine then afterwards after u place the breaks on I'm hearing strubbing noises like it's no brakes been put on it but the sound is coming from the rotors I talk to the regional manager Robert and he reimburse my money back but what about the work you didn't do to the rotors u suppose to test drive it to check not after I tell u when I told u the first time u refer me to another facility of yours claiming u fix it but just gave my money back for the brakes didn't correct the rotor problem then tell me u not responsible I got my money back he's not doing anymore work on my car I just want my car done for free but it's your tech who fail to do the appropriate job and this could've been avoided u refer me to another shop of yours then I call to confirm it the guy wasn't there different people making like they the one u talk to and not this place is out of wack please if you reading these reviews please they are real experiences this place needs improvement and I hope the owner investigate his employees techs and managers cause they need training skills and people skills and go back to school for mechanical cause they didn't learn nothing need more practice and god bless I don't need the hassles headaches or confusion the manager got nasty with me and said we not fixing your car for free take it somewhere else and u responsible for not doing the proper work to my car excuse me your tech who didn't do his proper job yes u are held responsible to that cause u fail to check it u the professional tech what a bummer but it's ok we not losing we still gaining and maintaining u get back what u put out and enjoy your karma cause it belongs to u not us god bless please don't take your car to the ones in Highpoint NC locations if you in that city stay away save yourself from confusion

Honesty pays
