At my annual visit the girls were all very friendly, polite informative and professional especially Angelike who dealt with me during the initial tests. Beeca the optician was amazing, very thorough, friendly, helpful and explained everything simply. Brilliant. No pressure to buy new glasses either, might not be the cheapest but my glasses are good quality and they last. Highly recommended.
Absolutely excellent service and expertise shown when my family visited today. The best optician/ optometrist I have visited in Lanarkshire.

Collette is a highly professional & very experienced optometrist, who quickly puts her patients at ease. An extremely friendly & welcoming practitioner. Fully explained the testing process & the equipment being used.
Really clear & precise in delivering her diagnosis together with the next steps.
A fully compliant Covid-19 practice.
Whilst this is not my usual optician, the referral & diagnosis was completed within 24 hours. Extremely wonderful service.

Friendly service with a great selection of frames
You get a good eye test however I feel that on one occasion the sight from my left eye did not appear to improve with the new glasses hence 4 star
