To Management ......Yesterday I had a telephone
conversation (time 20.04 on 14th August 2026)
with a member of your staff (women) at Liquor
Ltd regarding order no. 120410. Please provide
me with a FULL refund of £37.93 as already
requested by telephone. I also want
Management to ring me with a sincere apology
due to the failure of the company's terms &
conditions of delivery. The order was placed 5
Aug and has still not been sent. The gift was
ordered for my father's 90th birthday which has
now passed. You have personally disappointed
me with not fulfilling my order. It has become
very hurtful and upsetting that my father never
got his personalised Jameson Triple Irish
Whisky with custom label as ordered. I will not
be able to celebrate my father's special birthday
ever again. This birthday event is one in a
lifetime. What a let down from your company -

Absolutely awful company!! Do not use! I placed an online order for just one bottle of Gordon’s lemon gin to be delivered, paid £5 for delivery and was told that it would be delivered within a few working days. That was 7 weeks ago and still nothing!! No one responds to emails. Absolute scam! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Store is like an adult candy land. Any type of liquor you could think of. Lots of homemade stuff aswell like cocktail bags. Great offers too. 3 for £10 magnums? Yes please. Every worker has helped me when I have come in, letting me know what my taste buds will favour the most! Highly recommend to anyone

staff were really friendly, helped me when i was stuck on what to purchase. Actually made me feel good after our brief conversation. This might be my new spot!

Great variety of options to choose from in store, I was not sure what to pick and the staff member (Daniel) helped me decide, ended up going with a sky juice slushy, was nice and strong. Would definitely recommend passing by

If i could give zero i would! ordered 10 drinks with 3-5 days delivery, by day 5 still on ‘processing’ message company who said would look into it. Chased up and they ignored my calls, called from different number and they answered, fobbed me off with ‘manager in meeting’ after chasing again, was told that DPD had failed to collect parcel and it was at warehouse, asked if they could provide tracking number and they promised to send on. Still waiting for response! i’ve checked with DPD and they’ve got no record of anything.

Only received part of the order placed on 30 April I paid for next day delivery, but took a further 6 days to arrive.
Despite sending messages they haven’t taken the time to reply.
Disappointing customer service.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!! My order is still sitting on processing was phoned saying the items was discontinued and would be refunded that was April!

Please don’t waste your time or money, they don’t fulfil your order, “processing” (if you can call it that) took forever, which they only did after I sent them an email never got a reply, then after being in transit for awhile my supposed packaged was being sent back to them. Wrote them a second email, still haven’t heard from them. Only to receive an email today saying my order could not be fulfilled due to payment, what a bunch of jokers, seriously don’t waste your time.

Seriously, do not buy from these guys. I ordered the blue echo fallscat the end of April. 1st of May, DPD supposedly recieved my order details but not my order. 20 days and two emails later, I had to go through my bank for a refund, which was easier to do that trying to get a reply from these guys. Shop elsewhere..

Placed an order for next day delivery , they said they had to wait for items to come in stock as they had supply issues and then when they came in stock they sent tracking via dpd but that never moved, then when questioned (3 weeks after placing order) it was dpds fault as they dont show up but when I asked if could send with another delivery company they said no! On week 4 I asked for a refund and after calling / emailing and another week on and threatening legal action they refunded me but they really didn't want too! My advice for anyone STAY AWAY , GO ELSE WHERE, AVOID THE STRESS AND LIES OFF THEM!!

I placed a order nearly 4 weeks ago paid for next day delivery order never arrived 3 weeks later so asked for a refund in full they said they was going to process it ,a week later I contacted them to see when I would recieve my refund and they now saying that my order has now been shipped but not heard anything from the courier I would advise everyone not to use this company ther customer service is non existent and never ever goin to fulfill your order they just want to take your money then keep making excuses to why you not recieved your order trading standards involved now about false advertising

Do not in any circumstances buy from this company!
Over 1 month now I’ve been waiting for my order. Paid for next day delivery too. I’ve rang multiple times and spoken to a lady, who has told me it’s going to arrive and just be patient. It’s never arrived. I asked for a refund and she said she will speak to her manager and he will process the refund. It doesn’t happen!
After not receiving my refund I then got a email to say dpd was expecting my parcel from Liquor Ltd, which still hasn’t been picked up from Dpd. I hate to think how many more people they’re robbing. How hard is it for this company to give back to the money they owe people?

Should have checked the reviews before purchase, my story is the same as others here.

Been trying to get the Blue Fruit Fusion Echo Falls and this was the only website that supposedly had it in stock. I bought a bottle and paid extra for next working day delivery in the hopes I could share a bottle with a friend over the weekend.

Sadly the bottle still hasn't shown up. I sent an email requesting an update and a refund if they can't provide the purchase and have still not recieved a reply after waiting a few days. The lack of communication is the killer, I just want clarification on whether I'm getting my order but based on the other reviews here, I don't think I will

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 Blue Raspberry echo falls over a month ago. Hadn't received in the 3-5 business days postage I paid for. Gave it 2 weeks and emailed them asking for an update on my order, which then took them another week to reply to say that my order is in its last stage of packing and will be sent next day when its complete. I'm still waiting and its been ANOTHER 2 weeks. Quick to take my money though!!
