Excellent advice in store. Didn’t feel ‘pushed’ into buying. Time spent to explain different mattresses and focused on the Harrison Spinks range as requested. Explored different options for delivery due to our location and the mattress was delivered much earlier than expected directly from the factory. Mattress protector was posted directly to us as couldn’t be located in store. Overall a good hassle free experience Thank you!

We completely understand how disappointing it is to receive an item that isn’t in the condition you expected, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. While we always do our best to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, unfortunately mistakes can happen from time to time.
We appreciate your patience while we arrange your replacement. The reason for the estimated two-week wait is that our headboards are made to order, so a replacement needs to be manufactured specifically for you.

I have just taken delivery of a new ottoman double bed from Linthorpe Beds and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.
The purchasing process was straightforward, friendly and professional. I dealt with Craig, who was knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He listened to my requirements, explained the different options and helped me choose the bed that best suited my needs and budget. His honest advice, patience and product knowledge gave me confidence that I was making the right decision.
The delivery team were equally impressive. They arrived as scheduled, were polite and respectful throughout, and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. They also took away all of the packaging, which saved me the hassle of disposing of it myself.
Overall, the customer service from Craig and the delivery team was great. The whole experience was professional and customer-focused. I would recommend Linthorpe Beds.

Good sales service but we were not provided with a time slot for delivery as promised. We also did not receive a call 15-20 mins before they arrived, which was also promised. I've deducted a star for this.
