Don’t go here if disabled and on…
Don’t go here if disabled and on benefits . Optician was uncaring and dismissive . Lots of flashing constantly even though she was told I had light sensitive seizures . Annual eye test advised by doctor changed to 2 years saving the nhs . Money in her eyes I supposed . Have to keep my scratched lens but wear my glasses more ( glass that I did pay for I may add not totally free )! So will now have to keep them for a further 2 years unless I pay privately .

The Burnham on Sea Leightons team is extremely friendly yet professional.
Everything is clean & comfortable.
I always feel welcome and important.
I have to make a special mention of Ray who did my eye examination. I have been wearing glasses for well over 50 years & for the last 20 I have had annual sight tests with very good people.
But Ray absolutely excellent- sadly he is due to leave Leightons & all i can say is someone will have very big boots to fill.

I cannot fault Leighton of Christchurch. I have never been to a more professional competent friendly opticians. I felt comfortable and and confident and reassured for the whole visit and believe no one could have done more.

Surprisingly poor and unprofessional…
Surprisingly poor and unprofessional customer service. Their opticians can't fit contact lenses at all despite charging 50, which is more expensive than the chain stores. They ordered trials for me and both the prescriptions are egregiously wrong. Can't even pick up the phone.

With Leightons, I feel confident I am in very good hands
