Lawnlove or lawnstarter, whoever you are;your customer service needs an overhaul. Charging for services or pricing without the knowledge of the customer is certainly unethical and more. Your agents don't listen and stick to their scripts, probably staged. All I can say is "Buyer Beware!",when dealing with is company; Sketchy.
