This company is good with communication. They let you know if a service needs to be rescheduled, and of any other changes. This fact alone is a big deal for me. The lawn pro that they've sent us has been doing an excellent job, is very thorough, very professional, and and also communicates well if an issue comes up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good lawn/yard services.

I desperately needed, not just my grass cut, but care and attention to my whole yard. I had been disappointed by people I trusted to do the job. So I didn't expect much from a lawn service, but I needed my grass cut as soon as possible.
I was extremely surprised at the care and attention given by Virgil. He exceeded any expectations I might have had. He is a man serious about his work and I appreciate it. I want him for all my yard work.

I’ve used Lawn Love for two separate properties. They inform you if there’s a conflict or need to reschedule. It’s easy to skip a scheduled service if you’re out of town on holiday. Separate messaging platform to reach your professional with having to provide your personal contact information. I definitely recommend!!

I just moved from another state and needed lawn work pronto on the new home particularly before I could move in. LawnLove was the answer. Lawn was great when I moved in a few weeks later and really saved me a hassle. Thank you!

I truly believe many of their reviews are not an accurate reflection of the service they provide. Their prices seem attractive at first, and while they do have hidden fees, they're usually not enough to make you stop using the service. The real problem starts when something goes wrong.

In my case, their contractor broke my water meter. While my water continued leaking, Rebecca from the Property Damage Team took an entire week to respond. I had no choice but to pay a licensed plumber out of pocket to prevent further damage. Even after providing the invoice, they refused to reimburse the full cost and only offered partial payment after I repeatedly followed up and asked them to take responsibility.

The slow communication, lack of accountability, and refusal to fully cover the damage they caused made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I cannot recommend this company based on how they handled a legitimate property damage claim.

The overall experience with Lawn Love has been easy and fast! The website has so many options and their customer service is fantastic. Our pro Joseph has gone above and beyond! I couldn’t be happier with everything. I only wish I could take them with me when we move! Thank you Lawn Love!

My lawn team is reliable, careful, and neat: just what you want in a yard care team. They show up in every sense of the words. I had a very hard time even getting other lawn care web sites to contact me for my small yard. Not so Lawn Love. They were quick to respond and had a team out within the next few days. This is a great service to me while recovering from surgery— the lawn care is professional and done right!

The service was good. I accepted that I needed to give the service a chance and have 3 services performed. The first one was a surprise visit between 8:30 and 9:30 PM. The driver hit a hole in the yard and wrote me a rather negative note about the experience and then asked that I make a note of it (the issue was I hadn't walked the lawn at all because we had just moved in the week prior). The lawn pro then decided to increase his contract price to $95.00 (my original quoted price was $50) without notice and if I hadint received the notification on the comment, I would have been charged for it. That kinda ticked me off so I canceled the contract and made myself availible for a new job. The second 2 jobs went just fine and he showed up at a normal time, I went to inform him about the hole in the yard and he said he saw it (go figure). It kinda bugged me that the quoted price ibagreed to pay could be changed by the pro if they deemed it nessesary to do so. I understand if the square footage was miscalculated or there was some other outstanding circumstance, but it did ultimately lead me to the decision to cut the grass myself instead. Thank you for the service that bridged the time between my arrival and household goods getting here 4 weeks later.

I love that choosing service on the app is so easy. My provider for lawn care is great! I have other service options to choose from in one easy app. I am extremely happy with Lawn Love!!!

These “pros” bailed on me three times so I had to do my own lawn but because they did, I tore a muscle in my leg

Worst service I have ever had. Scheduled over a month ago, they took 2 weeks to schedule a pro, they guy kept pushing the arrival date back, the said he would be here on a certain day for sure. Never showed up, never answered my messages. I requested a new pro, they spent another 3 weeks looking for one, canceled my service twice because they couldn't find anyone. Will never use these people again, and I definitely would NOT recommend them.

Did a good job the first time except missed a few spots. Came back and touched up making it look better.
I know it is hot so be careful out there.
