I’ve attended quite a few sessions and I’m loving the results and amazing service. The standard has not slipped since my first visit last year.
I always go with Nicole, she is very professional, helpful and always does a great job!

Staff need more professional and welcoming.

I have been using this lasreclinic uk for a very long time and have always had my treatments at the Richmond Clinic. Unfortunately, the Richmond Clinic has now closed, so I booked my treatment at the Brent Cross Clinic instead.
Unfortunately, my experience at Brent Cross was extremely disappointing. I was given one price when I booked, but when I arrived, I was suddenly told a completely different price. Then, when I was about to have my treatment, I was told that I would be charged a significantly higher amount — completely different from what I had originally been quoted.
I found the whole situation extremely unacceptable and felt that I was being treated very unfairly. The staff were disrespectful, and there was absolutely no helpful customer service or willingness to resolve the issue.
I have been a loyal customer of this clinic for many years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After being treated this way, I will never return to the Brent Cross Clinic, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
It is a real shame that a clinic I have trusted and used for so long has provided such a poor experience.😡😡👎👎👎👎👎

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic for my laser treatment. I would like to commend Fatima for her knowledge and professionalism. She is a credit to the team and helped me purchase a new package.

Staff all very warm, welcoming, professional

I can't rate the Norwich branch any lower but 1 star must suffice. Without any reason/explanation yesterday afternoon I had an email which was charming on the surface stating that today's 3pm appointment as 'CANCELLED' (in red - very childish). IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A REFUND FOR THE £800-plus I paid out? I think not. Fortunately after 2 treatments the effects are extraordinary. I won't require another session until 1 November or possibly December - at a future anagen stage. I should never have gone to that branch. Also I should have paid for each individual session. But then, hell it's only money.......... for some.

Mara was so amazing! I felt so comfortable during my Hollywood session which I was really nervous about. She was so comforting that I didn't even feel embarrassed during the session.

I went to the Silverburn, Glasgow clinic and had Nicole as my practitioner - she was incredibly professional, helpful and put me at ease. The treatment was fast and painless, very considerate to check in with me throughout. Great pre and after care advice and put me at ease right away. Looking forward to my next treatment.

I’ve just had my second full-body laser hair removal session with Lindsey at Laser Clinics UK, Leeds Trinity, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Lindsey is an amazing therapist. She always takes her time and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole session. What I really love, though, is that the appointments feel like so much more than just laser hair removal. We chat away about absolutely everything, and it genuinely feels like catching up with a friend you’ve known forever!

She makes what could easily feel like quite an awkward treatment feel completely relaxed, comfortable and easy.

I highly recommend Laser Clinics UK at Leeds Trinity — and if you get the chance to choose your therapist, definitely choose Lindsey. She’s amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eva took care of me during my appointment and treated me with so much respect.

Really happy with my experience so far. This was my third laser session, and I’m already seeing a noticeable improvement. Today’s treatment was more thorough and relaxed, and J was lovely — calm, professional and very careful throughout.

I also really appreciate how understanding and flexible the clinic is if you ever need to reschedule due to feeling unwell or unexpected childcare commitments. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and the service. Looking forward to my next visit!

Absolutely horrendous company! Please avoid at all costs!!! I purchased a package of 10 sessions for the Derby clinic and half an hour after my first appointment I had an email that the clinic is closing in 4 months and I have to use my full package by then. I went straight back to the clinic for some clarification and because it’s not physically possible to use my 10 laser treatments within 4 months I suggested that I can share my package with my husband or I can use some other treatments they offer, they told me that this won’t be possible but closer to the date they will give me more information about my options. Fast forward to my last appointment the lady said that they can offer me refund for my remaining 5 sessions or I can choose to continue my treatment in another clinic, I straight away refused that option as I am not able to travel that far so I chose the refund. 2 months later I started chasing my refund and after couple of emails with the refunds team I had a call from the previous Derby manager who was moved to the Leicester clinic to tell me that a refund is not possible and I have to go to Nottingham. I explained that I can’t physically travel to Nottingham but she said that is their policy and she just follows orders from her managers, but when I asked to speak with her managers she said that they don’t have contact numbers and they don’t talk to clients. Well I might of just said the most expensive “F*** off” in my life and hanged up the phone.
I have a disability and can’t deal with that stress anymore so I will just need to leave my package to expire and pay to another provider to continue my treatment!

The Bradford broadway branch is a absolute joke just look at the negative reviews shocked how people still go here,crap customer service money hungry establishment the staff are so rude and arrogant for low paid workers

I had a wonderful first session with Mozhdeh today at the Brent Cross branch. She was exceptionally kind, friendly, caring, and helpful. From start to finish, she made sure I was comfortable, checking the pain levels and taking great care of my skin. Her attention to hygiene and detail gave me so much peace of mind.

Was completely new to laser hair removal two years ago. I’ve just completed my final session this month - I’m really glad I started my laser hair removal journey. Huge thank you to Jan at Laser Clinics Basingstoke who put me at ease and encouraged me to try it back then. Jan has done a fantastic job! Looking forward to my maintenance sessions 😊
