Satisfactory service- but check paperwork
Easy to book, as far as I can tell the work was done OK- but the report sheet I was given wasn’t filled in fully - no record of wheel alignment before and after. When I went back the guy said it was done and gave me a couple of numbers but rather poor response

Scunthorp branch
Emailed the head office to ask abouit a tyre fitting while having tracking done , reply was contact branch , contacted branch by phone and was told to bring it in as arranged and sort it out then , when arrived and asked they said they can only fit new tyres as liability issue , i said i had tried to explain on the phone , they then said let us look at the tyre i had , which he couldnt find a fault after trying to , then said again cant fit FFS , took to a place up the road and no problem fitted it perfect , are all Just tyre branches as bad as Scunthorpe.

We found all the staff to be very courteous and professional. However Campbell impressed us the most with his knowledge of the tyre industry and for the help he gave us when we had a problem.

While the tyres were fitted ok
While the tyres were fitted ok, I was told the vehicle needed tracking.An hour later and a refund I left with the steering wheel left in the 10 o’clock position.It was in the correct position when I took the vehicle in for the tyres.They could not correct it.I left and went to kwik fit to have the steering corrected.I have a computer print out of the before and after………….

Was not acknowledged when I went in and…
Was not acknowledged when I went in and was left waiting for about 1hr !!
Probably not the lads fault as there was only 2 of them working!!!

Booked online and paid for wheel…
Booked online and paid for wheel alignment. Appointment 9.30. Did not leave until 12.15. Wheel alignment NOT done as no equipment although money taken online. No refund on day! Or since. No receipt with details. No response from customer service since despite email complaint. Unacceptable and will not use again due to poor service. Tracking carried out same by Halfords...no special equipment required. Awaiting response from customer service!

Booking tyre fitting was easy & efficient.
Fitted within an hour as I did some local shopping. All good.
A suggestion to enhance experience; Check & Adjust all tyre pressures on car.
We had to go to garage and adjust our other tyres later that day.
