Prompt response from Property Manager
There was some confusion in the accounts department regarding paying for some repairs on our property which led to the underpayment of the rent received from our tenants .
This was raised with our property manager Jade . She was able to sort out the problem with accounts and we received the correct rent before the end of the day . Thanks Jade .

Collette Mitchell has been looking after my two apartments for the last few months and I have been more than happy with her service. She is always friendly, helpful, gets on with jobs promptly and liaises with me well.

Due to moving in with partner I had to let my house out. Brad and bobak were great at creating the tenancy and finding tenants and now Estelle is my property manager who is great too

All the staff are always very responsive and professional.
We have recently been doing some large property refurbishments and other works for Sophie Ormsby. She is always very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Clear information is always provided by Sophie as to the requirements and deadlines of a job. I feel that this strong communication and clarity is very useful for contractors, landlords and tenants to provide them with a very high level of service.
