Always brilliant service. Went in for one pair, loved so many I’ve ended up with 2 and a sunglasses.

This was my first experience visiting IOLLA . The moment I walked through the door of the Glasgow city centre store. I got the impression I had found the right place to purchase my new glasses. A beautiful female employee explained the process involved in purchasing my glasses and showed me several frame options before letting me browse the rest of the store . After selecting the frame i liked the most ,I noticed that the young lady was with another customer. I spoke to Lewis who was extremely helpful, continued to assist in my purchase. After my order for varifocals . I returned to the store less than two weeks later to collect them . I can’t praise the staff highly enough for their knowledge and friendliness. IOLLA will be mine and my families provider for eye care in the furniture. 😁

Really helpful, patient staff. Glasses were delivered in good time and have worked a treat! Quality so far is good, and I appreciate the cleaning cloth and case.

Im so happy with the experience at Iolla. The selection of frames were excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The fact that they are a Glasgow company made it even better. Highly recommended, in fact I have already told a friend who has been in and bought frames. 😁

As always, Iolla, is great. Staff, lovely, helpful, and the premesis, does, not feel, as if walking into a normal opticians, for your glasses, You, can try, on the frames, gorgeous, so different. And really up to date. Colours, are lovely, vibrant, elevates, your appearance, just like another accesory.

Service in store was great but on delivery of glasses they do not fit and need adjustment,
