DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered 2 items on 16th of November and still not arrived yet. Tried to contact them on numbers of occasions and they replay once. I requested refund as they did NOT deliver and they absolutely ignore my emails. The worst company you can order from. I wish I checked the reviews prior my order...

Can't recommend at all. First they don't cancel my order in time and still ship it, then I ask me to send it back on my costs and afterwards the customer service simply ignores your messages. Please buy anywhere else but here!!!

Clothing is decent quality, but the customer service and overall shopping experience is one of the worst that I have ever come across.

Tracking was provided immediately after payment before it was even shipped, then told it was actually shipped 4 days later. The customer service team couldn't even find my order after supplying them with all the information necessary and then ghosted me. Then when it eventually arrived like weeks after with no response to any of my previous customer service emails, they decided to reply saying can you please confirm you received your items in a good condition 2 days after it had been delivered.

Also the cheek to charge £5 delivery, and it comes labelled as Royal Mail 48, it's like dealing with Temu but actually thats a bit harsh or Temu.

they lie I ordered two pairs of men's pants I only received one in emails they themselves get lost in the truth! I do not recommend them very much! I want a refund!

One of the worst site to buy your stuffs from. Anyone who can read in English don’t buy from these guys. Return of items at your own cost how pathetic, less quality stuffs for high price, be my guest. And the process to reply you can take ages with an excuse they are busy. Busy sleeping . In all Bad material, bad return process and won’t advice anyone to buy unless you have the time to deal with their bullshit.

Ik snap best dat jullie het wat drukker hebben rond deze tijd van het jaar (kun je je ook op voorbereiden) maar zolang geen reactie geven!?

Uit onderstaande reviews blijkt dat ik niet de enige ben.

Ik heb mijn retourwensen aangegeven (trouwens een zeer omslachtig proces) tot twee keer toe te horen gekregen dat er items uitverkocht waren. En nu dus al een week radiostilte.

Heeft het nog zin om om de paar dagen netjes te vragen of mijn mail wel gelezen is?!

Geef mij maar m'n geld terug, ik koop m'n kleding liever ergens anders na deze ervaringen.

Black friday bestelling 3 weken geleden nog niks gehoord..

Biggest scammer!!! The product is nothing like the pics. Besides that is the return process impossible and they do not wanna help!

Wanneer wordt de bestelling van 24 november met nummer #553512 nu eindelijk verzonden? Enkele dagen erna was 2+1 gratis op de sale, dan had ik daar ook nog makkelijk van gebruik kunnen maken.
Nu bijna 2 weken geleden is de bestelling geplaatst en nog steeds niet verzonden.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Put my order in during black friday sales. Came back to me a week later saying one of the 4 items of clothing I ordered were out of stock and offered for me to choose another item of clothing to replace it with. Chose a replacement and sent them the choice I made to add to my order. Heard nothing back for 3 days, only to receive a reply telling me all 4 items were now out of stock, and offering me to choose 4 new items as replacements. At that point I requested a refund. This was more than 3 days ago and still no reply. IM getting REALLY ANGRY.

Wat een vreselijk en waardeloos bedrijf. 22 november een bestelling geplaatst, niks ontvangen, niks opgestuurd, geen reactie op e-mails. Totale scam, helaas. En oprichter Samuel Onuha kan je beter een oplichter noemen.

Op 28 november bestelling geplaatst en ik heb mijn pakket niet ontvangen. Ze beloven je van alles en krijg steeds mails met de sale die er nog is, maar mijn pakket is spoorloos. Als dit niet wordt opgelost, schakel ik een advocaat in. Ben er helemaal klaar mee!

Te slecht levering veel te lang en een erg slechte retour beleid met ellenlange mailtjes en informatie waar je geen reet aan hebt. Ze proberen het zo lastig mogelijk te maken, zodat je de items behoudt.

Ik heb mijn levering wel gehad, maar de kwaliteit is abominabel, al helemaal in verhouding met de prijs. Dun, slecht afgewerkte fast fashion verkocht als kwaliteitskleding. Retourneren lijkt een hels karwei te worden. Je moet hiervoor een contactformulier invullen, waarna je meteen een berichtje krijgt dat het lang gaat duren voordat er contact wordt opgenomen (voor de retourinstructies). Ik verwacht een spelletje met verlopen retourtermijn tegen de tijd dat er contact kan worden gelegd. Ik heb de ingebrekestelling dan ook al klaarliggen.

Wat een slecht bedrijf nu al 1.5 week besteld en betaald en nog steeds niet geleverd geven dhl de schuld maar die heeft nog niet eens pakket ontvangen mensen koop hier niks is gewoon oplichters bende reageren steeds met de zelfde smoesjes ga maar aangiften doen van diefstal

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I placed 3 orders the first was placed on 23rd november and the others a few days after. Its been 11 days since my first order was placed. It says shipping is 3-5 days. I contacted the company after 5 days of placing my furst order and they replied saying theyre busy due to the black friday sale. Its been over 5 days since all my orders. The shipping status is not changing. Ive emailed them again twice and im getting no reply. I dont understand how a reputable company like this can treat their customers this way. My first order was for my sons birthday and i did not even receive that on time. Im starting to doubt anything will even arrive now they have my money! Ive never dealt with such a company. Regret even ordering😡

Week geleden kleding besteld met “priority packing” en nog steeds niks binnen.
Sterker nog, DHL geeft aan nog überhaupt geen pakketje te hebben ontvangen…

Als je zo’n actie niet kan hendelen, doe er dan niet aan mee.!

Deze mensen leveren niets en je krijgt automatische mailtjes als antwoord, niet vertrouwen!! Gelijk aangifte doen van oplichting en diefstal!

Het lijkt erop dat alles bij dit bedrijf een zooitje is. In eerste instantie komen ze de afspraken over levering niet na, want ik heb ruim een week vóór black friday besteld en toen ging er al van alles mis. Dus daar heeft het niks mee te maken. Ten tweede, wanneer je wil retourneren moet je dat eerst opvragen via de mail en dat is voor eigen rekening. Ik dacht oké prima, maar wat ik niet wist is dat het naar België naar een of andere fulfillment center genaamd Monta moest. Dit is namelijk duurder dan wanneer je het binnen Nederland moet versturen. ICON BRUSSEL zou het bedrijf moeten heten.

In ieder geval, dit is een leermoment en dit is dan ook de laatste keer dat ik hier besteld heb. Wees gewaarschuwd!
