I attended my appointment this morning at the Chichester Hearing Care Centre and was seen by Nurse Caroline. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with care and warmth.
Caroline was highly attentive and during the procedures checked I felt comfortable, explained what was happening and showed me photographs of the ear canals as step by step they were being treated.
Following irrigation and microsuction in both ears, I put both hands in the air and exclaimed “I can HEAR !” I cannot speak highly enough of the expertise, attention to detail shown to me by both Lorri the Receptionist and Nurse Caroline THANK YOU ! I highly recommend the Chichester Hearing Centre and with a “hear, hear” or I should say, “ Ear Ear now I can HEAR ! “ THANK YOU .

I was greeted by Jules, a friendly receptionist who made me feel welcome. I was then greeted by Astra the audiologist who was just as friendly and welcoming. Astra went through every detail of the examination and what it all meant in terms of my hearing, from the initial ear examination to the hearing test and then the results. I was relaxed and in good hands. All I can say is 10 out of 10 for every category! Thank you so much Bexhill Hearing Centre xx

From the greeting at reception to Dr Maegan, the care and help my mum received was always professional, friendly and kind. They are an excellent team providing an excellent service.

The staff there are very accommodating and kind. The service was quick, painless and very encouraging. Would highly recommend if anyone’s thinking of getting their ears cleaned!

Got my hearing aids here four years ago and have had unbelievably great service then and subsequent aftercare. My lithium battery needed changing recently and Lorri arranged for them to be serviced and battery changed free of charge in 5 days. This despite the fact that I now live in deepest Cornwall!!! First class service from a great team, would recommend them highly.

Lorri and Maegan at the Chichester Hearing Center are the most lovely, professional, caring and welcoming people who take the time to understand your needs and give a brilliant service using up to date technologies that many other places may not use. All in all my Dad has been very well looked after and is extremely happy with all that has been achieved including cleaning his ears, given a hearing test, making sure his hearing aids work correctly and being given a personal service with a friendly and helpful attitude. Dr Meaghan was really accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful - With her advise my hearing is significantly better and the quality of my life has really improved. The general service in the Chichester branch has been second to none.

I visited the Chichester Branch yesterday, Dr Maegan carried out a hearing assessment and then programmed my hearing aids to match the test results. My hearing aids were purchased from a different company who did not carry out the above procedures to the same standard. The improvement now in sound quality is significant. Thank you for your excellent service.

What an enjoyable hearing checkup that was! Dr Maegan is very knowledgeable, experienced and totally understands how important hood hearing is for us oldies. The whole process of clearing both ears was painless and fascinating to ser it all live onscreen! Office manager Lorri and Dr Maegan are a superb friendly team, and humorous too!
