Very bad experience
Very bad experience, a total waste of my time. I bought a display watch, was told it would work. When I went home an error came up to say it’s locked to someone email address. I called for support was told to bring it back to the shop.
Was then told when I got to the store that it cannot be unlocked and I had to get a refund. A complete waste of my time, buyer be ware!

Great service
Anil in Carrickmines assisted us with choosing laptops, a phone and a printer. He was very helpful and knew his job well. We were very happy with the service he provided.

Super assistance from Gayle
I was in Harvey Norman Carrickmines today and helped by Gayle - she was so helpful and knowledgeable and just generally lovely! She was working in appliances and technology and helped me find an iron and then checked on a cable for me to make sure I had the right one for my home office without me even asking her! Her colleague at the checkout was also lovely.

Generally they have same-day pickup availability for products ordered online. This is really handy if you need something urgently. Wide selection of products.

Purchased a new sofa recently
Purchased a new sofa recently. Frank in the store was excellent. He as friendly and efficient. The delivery arrived this morning. I received a call earlier to say when it would be delivered and they arrived on time. The two guys making the delivery were Ivor and Tyrone they were friendly and brought the sofa into the house, put the legs in it and took away all the packaging. Overall an excellent shopping experience from end to end. Well done to all involved.
