Delivery didn't arrive as advised on…
Delivery didn't arrive as advised on Thursday, I was then told Friday this was also cancelled and now put off until Monday.
Each time costs me a long journey to the site and time off work.

I’m sorry to hear about the repeated delays with your delivery. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially as each cancelled delivery has meant additional journeys to site and time taken away from work.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delivery not arriving as originally advised on Thursday, and for the further delay when the Friday delivery was also cancelled.
We are looking into this with the delivery team to understand what has happened and ensure the order is progressed as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated regarding the revised Monday delivery and appreciate your patience while we resolve this.

We arrived back to find a very irate driver who had unloaded everything by himself.
I emailed the sales department but am still waiting for them to respond. It doesn’t say much for their respect of their own employees either.

Amazing customer service and fast delivery
I've made a flooring order online to be fulfilled by the Lisburn branch. Niall contacted me and made sure I had my order delivered on the same day, well packed and as deep as possible in the driveway so that I could still use the rest of the space for my car. Amazing service throughout.

Very personable driver who willingly situated my order of sand at my property to accommodate my needs. I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner and would order again from Haldane Fisher. Only thing I would have liked would have been a phonecall to say they were on their way.

Ordered several items 26th June it's…
Ordered several items 26th June it's now 21st July and I've just asked for a refund on a fence panel that never arrived excuse after excuse from broken down van to Lisburn sending the wrong panel.I understand things like this happen in business but why do customers have to suffer for it ? It should be corrected at source within days not weeks.

Good but not perfect
I ordered some fence horizontals from Haldane Fisher. The wood itself is very well priced indeed, the not so good aspect is the cost of delivery (delivery cost more than the wood itself) but this isn't any different to any other building supplier so not that much of a big deal.
One very good thing was delivery. It was quoted to be 5 to 7 days lead time but the wood was delivered literally within 24 hours, which was amazing.
The wood itself, it is OK but just OK. It is very soft wood so if you aren't careful, your fasteners will bore straight through. This isn't too much of an issue as if you are careful, it works. The main issue with the wood is that there was clear bowing from the offset which I was able to straighten out mostly but then when installing, one of the horizontals is twisted lengthways which I cannot straighten out and just have to put up with it not sitting flush against the fence post. This is the main negative of the purchase for me.

Order was a bit late but there was a genuine reason. Delivery guy was excellent. A bit more communication would have been appreciated.
