Was not expecting at 720 am, but I met him in the lobby as you had stated that it may be left there, so I went down when I got a message about a delivery. He came up and took a picture for proof of delivery. Very pleasant young man. Thank you, been in need of a new machine for over a week.

Delivery instructions were followed perfectly - thank you! Living in a basement apartment means we get some pretty interesting drop offs when the delivery instructions are not followed. Unfortunately it’s rare that companies get it right so I appreciate this very much!

semi fast delivery. It seemed to be sitting in Markham for a day before out for delivery. but it was still pretty fast. Actual delivery driver on the day of delivery was fast.
