The attention to detail both Giada and Susan have provided us in planning this trip of a lifetime. We loved the personal attention by meeting with them both virtually. They are both extremely knowledgeable and personable and answered every question. We had which were many since this was our first trip. They even accommodated changes in the itinerary to suit our needs better. Highly recommend Go2Africa and working with these two ladies!

My husband and I have travelled extensively and used many travel agents over the years but none come anywhere near the level of professionalism, expertise and care of Go2Africa. I honestly cannot fault them. From my first contact with this company it has been an effortless process to organize our month long trip travelling to Zimbabwe, Botswana & Uganda. Jessica was exemplary in her ability to quickly understand what we wanted and expertly guide us to how we could achieve it. She was patient and caring and a great communicator. I always knew she would respond to any email I sent quickly and thoroughly which streamlined the process of organizing our trip. Annalise then took over to guide us through the logistics required to be completely ready for our adventure. She, too, was excellent. So friendly to work with, always promptly responding to any query or request with a high level of expertise and professionalism. Every aspect of our trip has been covered in such detail and I have had to do very little. And the app they give you with all your travel details is fantastic. Very user friendly and everything you need is there. If you are planning a trip to Africa contact Go2Africa and you will quickly realize that you are in the most expert hands to organize your holiday and it will be done with professionalism and care.

I worked with Madelein and Carla at Go2Africa to plan our trip to Southern Africa and they were wonderful. They were incredibly patient, particularly given the time zone difference from California to Southern Africa. They were responsive, helpful, and made the planning process feel easy.
Our safari an incredible experience, with the perfect blend of rugged bush country and luxurious game lodges. We were fortunate to see many, many animals, but one of the unexpected highlights was seeing wild dogs, especially because they are so rare.
Madelein and Carla also planned our visits to the cities in South Africa and Victoria Falls. We especially loved kayaking near the African penguins at Boulder’s Beach in Cape Town. It was such a fun and unique experience and a wonderful complement to the safari portion of our trip. All the accommodations exceeded our expectations, and we loved each of the areas.
Our local tour guides were also fantastic. They took the time to listen to our interests and then made things happen around what we wanted to see and experience. Their knowledge, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm made the trip even more special.
Overall, this was a truly memorable adventure, and we would highly recommend Go2Africa travel agency to anyone looking for a well-planned trip that combines adventure, comfort, wildlife, and personalized service.

We are leaving for Maasai Mara tomorrow. We have a good experiance in planning and preparing for the trip with Go2Africa. Caroline Nyawira was our planner where she listened to our goals and gave us a good plan. Charlotte Anyango then came in to prepare us for the trip. She was very knowledgable and responsive to our questions. She made a difference. We are excited to start the journey and felt prepared.

Go2Africa created an itinerary that made a trip of a lifetime! Maureen listened to what I wanted to experience and Charlotte “held my hand” along the way. Every single aspect of the trip went smoothly. We didn’t need to worry about anything. The lodgings they selected were perfect.
The only glitch was created by my own booking airline home which was cancelled. Within hours, Go2Africa provided us with an extra activity and driver that was memorable.
I can’t recommend this company enough. Highly recommend them for planning your African adventure. They planned five countries (my request) with coordinated flights, lodgings and activities.

My son and I had an exceptional Southern African Experience organised by Go2Africa. We felt very supported by Mary and Annali in the entire process from organizing our itinerary to its implementation. Our adventure included time in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and Lesotho. It was trully a "Once in a Lifetime Experience"

I was looking to book a safari for my husbands birthday in August and had no clue where to start. I researched and knew the area we wanted to go and saw a camp I really liked. I contacted a few agents to see who could get us the dates we wanted and Go2Africa came through for us 🥰 the customer service was so good but most importantly it’s the constant communication that made me feel comfortable with our choice as we had never booked through an agent before but they made the process so easy and seamless. We had some dietary requirements which they reassured would not be an issue, they gave us advise on what to accept answered any question no matter how silly it sounded. Cannot recommend them enough. Meg and Nicole are the main people I dealt with and they really made me feel so comfortable with our choice and were so helpful and professional. Even now we are due to go to our trip tomorrow and they emailed me to make sure we are good and to remind us that they have 24/7 contact number in case we need it. Would 100% recommend and will defo be using them in the future without a doubt. Thank you for making the process easy for us 🥰

At the time of the is review, we are on our way to Kenya and Tanzania. Go2Africa has been with us during every step of our journey. I just thought it could not get any better after working with our travel planner Lauren, but it was a seamless handover to Maureen, our client experience representative in Nairobi. Maureen and the entire team have over communicated to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. If you are looking for a travel advisor, you have found it in Go2Africa.

As of to date my booking process can be deemed as a success. Both Nicole Perring & Madi Nothnagel have been very responsive & constructive in the entire preparation of my upcoming trip. In conclusion, my experience was indeed very satisfying.

very comprehensive and caring attitude towards our trip details

I have used Go2Africa twice now and couldn't be happier. 20 years ago with my parents and again in 2019 in an attempt to take our children to Africa. We worked with Rikke in 2019 but unfortunately the trip was postponed twice due to Covid and then cancelled due to a death in my family. Rikke kept us informed during Covid and then when we had to cancel she helped with cancellations and partner refunds before we submitted to insurance. This year, 2026 on our 4th attempt to travel, I reached back out to Rikke! She is professional, prompt in responses and very organized with great advise. We travelled to Zimbabwe and S. Africa and had a brilliant experience. Transfers, meet n greet, excursions & accommodation were all excellent. Food in S. Africa is amazing. The private reserve(no malaria)was beyond expectations. Don't hesitate to travel to Africa and definitely work with local, knowledgeable agents like Rikke & Go2Africa.

From our very first email and video call, Ashley made us feel at ease and gave us the confidence to know that we were in good hands. She listened to what we wanted to see and do, but was honest enough to bring us back to earth so that we stayed somewhere near our budget! She helped us plan the perfect African holiday and then handed us on to Susan, who managed to put all the logistics together so that everything ran like clockwork. This was from the very first moment we saw our names on the signs at Cape Town airport, to the very last transfer back to the airport in Johannesburg. The accommodation and activities chosen for us were spot-on and knowing they were always there if we needed them (we didn't) was very comforting. I cant recommend Go2Africa enough.
