Great item

Great item. Responded to my questions thoroughly. Delivery faster than expected. The pack has the features I sought at a price I could digest. Their website is not as advanced as other retailers, but the goods and services are top notch.

First time purchase from the US

First time purchase from the US. Was a little apprehensive but the price of the backpack was so good, I had to take the chance. Turns out to be an awesome decision! Communication was great.. I opted not to get tracking with my purchase (bc I'm cheap) and they reassured me I would have my backpack in a certain time frame (up to two weeks). One week later and my backpack arrived right in time for my trip. Thanks freezeshop.. you guys rock!!

Thanks for your speedy delivery. I'm really happy with my new wetsuit and also the time it took to be delivered to Australia. Perfect timing as I went for a surf the next day.

日本にも送料無料で（条件あり）送ってくれる安心できるお店です！

初めて利用しましたが日本から注文してから12日後に商品が届きました。

しかも注文が一定の合計価格以上（日本の場合は税抜きで100ポンド以上）だと送料が無料になります。ただし無料の場合は荷物の追跡ができません！

一点だけ難をあげるとすれば包装のビニール袋が他のお店より薄いので、もう少し厚くて丈夫そうなものに変えて欲しいです。

でも、届いた商品は箱入りの靴なので包装に関しては何の問題もありませんでした。

もちろん傷ひとつ無く、サイズや色も注文どおりでした！

最後に間違いなく私はリピーターになるでしょう！！
