These 2 guys worked their butts off and made my apt to apt move in NYC so stress-free. They handled all of my furniture with care and schlepped up 5 flights of stairs in August! Super impressed with the movers.

I moved my family out of NYC to eastern Long Island over June 30 to July 1. We packed all of our own items. The crew was hard working, let there be no doubt about that. However they showed up over an hour late on move out day but at least they were adequately staffed for the move out. The following day they were down one person to only three people to help us move in. Again, they worked very hard. Unfortunately when they reassembled our mechanical storage bed the bed no longer worked to act as a storage bed. They disassembled a wardrobe and lost the shelves upon arrival. There was damage to one of the legs of our living room couch that all but renders the couch not quite safe to sit on any longer. They also left two boxes at the destination that are clearly labeled with someone elese’s name and likely were from the prior move the truck was used for. When I originally contacted customer service I was promised $350 back on the $5300 I paid. That was two weeks ago and the amount still has not been refunded to me despite multiple calls and multiple voicemails to customer service to follow up on it. In fact they had promised to send someone to reassemble the mechanical bed correctly and to pickup the packages belonging to that other customer but again, there is no follow up from customer service and no returning of my calls. I paid extra to secure the move period of June 30 to July 1 so to see that they were short staffed on move in day and that possible led to the damaged bed and other sloppiness is frustrating.

Greatest movers! The team of men who did my move a year ago I requested for my recent move. They are amazing, considerate and make the job go smoothly.
