Denied return & refund for damaged goods. Ignored last 7 emails to them
body suits arrives in see through bags which could be opened and resealed, no labels, no hygiene film.
Both body suits ripped
Femme lux asked for photos and then denied it being possible to happen their end because they check then and denied the fact these could not have been worn or tried on before.
Their website states all damge items can be returned and refunded, however they are not practising what they preach and have denied me this.
They have now ignored my last 7 emails!!!
Not worth the risk for the sub standard quality items from them!
I know these things happen, it’s the response and lack of is the offending thing here when I’ve spoken the honest truth!
Just to reply to your comment:
100% Fact that the goods arrived damaged, no sticker to show that these were 100% QC and realistically you wouldn’t have seen these (basically stitching undone) because of the design of the suits which is covered in apertures. The suits are designed to stretch on the body to shown/form the pattern. I was lucky we spotted the one tear (undone stitched pattern) for us to check both garments. It’s clear that the woven details are that fine it’s easily ripped.
So regardless that these are lingerie, they are 100% damaged pre-delivery which warrants a full refund. To ignore me and argue back is not respectful.
If I was lying we wouldn’t have asked for replacements.
Your pledge states damaged items are returnable, regardless if it’s lingerie, that’s up to you if your want have them returned, however that shouldn’t and doesn’t stop a customer having a full refund for damaged items you have supplied.
Personally having lead supplier Quality, I would want them back to investigate and being it up to your supllier, I’d also inspect the rest of the stock thoroughly by stretching to shape to see faulty stitching.
Also to argue back to a customer I would seal items in a non resealable bad, have labels on it, including a QC sticker and also the hygiene film so the impression of not given that these have been potentially tried on before.

The photos you provided show noticeable damage to the items, which is not consistent with how our products are sent. Avoid.. placed order weeks ago for next day delivery never arrived they told me it had been shipped but must have got lost in transit so they would send a replacement out next day delivery waited another week for it not to arrive & to be told they hadn’t sent it as it had oversold.. chased this for weeks to be told they hadn’t sent never sent in the first place, never known customer service so poor and will never shop here again scammers who just want to keep your money

Terrible Quality
Terrible Quality, arrived unwearable, hood ripped off at one side. It’s like market stuff with high end prices, the coat wasn’t even vinyl and the material is awfull shiny and cheap, it’s small in the fit and I will not shop here again.
