Extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service. I ordered a microwave trim kit showing as available for quick local delivery, but after a week of no updates, I called the store only to find out they didn't have the item in stock. Instead, they offered an open-box item with missing parts.
No email, no phone call, and no initiative on their part—I had to chase them down just to find out my order was never going to be fulfilled. Misleading inventory online, poor management, and non-existent communication.

This is a horrible place to order anything from. Buyers just got to your big box store anything from return to problems with a item home depot or Lowe's will be there and take care the customer.

We understand this product can be confusing, which is why we took the time to explain prior to purchase that this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator does not include door panels and that panels must be selected separately. During our conversation, we clarified multiple times that the refrigerator would arrive as a complete, functional unit but without the decorative color panels shown in some marketing images.
