We found our experience with Dawn and Holly choosing for 3 bathrooms easy and helpful throughout. It was made simpler with their professionalism and experience to guide us through the process . I would like to say I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who requires any bathroom upgrade. Thank you.

Do not believe the in-store promises. We ordered on 27th Jan 26 with an explicit guarantee of a pre-Easter install. Instead, fitting didn't start until 26th May, followed by shocking workmanship and terrible customer service.

The Nightmare:

Lazy workmanship: Fitters claimed we needed a 3.5cm step up into the bathroom. Only after I pushed back did they bother removing the old adhesive—the floor is now level.

Fitting errors: Wrong tile finishers used, sink mounted off-center, shower riser stuck in a corner, and bathroom ceiling damaged.

Property damage: Left dirty marks across our bedroom walls, stairs, and doors, forcing me to repaint them myself.

Refund delays: Took nearly a month of chasing to get a refund for unused returned items.

Unresolved Snags Since 1st July:

We are still left with an active sink leak, a dripping tap, buzzing shaver sockets, and restricted shower settings. Easy Bathrooms offered a Saturday fix, but when asked for a weekday, they claimed the fitter is "too busy."

Easy Bathrooms:

My contract is with you, not your subcontractor. Find a fitter who can fix leaking plumbing on a weekday. Avoid their installation service at all costs.

The fitting kits are extremely cheap and plastic, there are no metal fixing which last much longer and are more stable. They were fitted for less than a week before an issue

This has caused a severe issue in my home whereby a leak has occurred in my toilet and the downstairs ceiling as collapsed.

The kit was fitted as instructed by the Easy Bathrooms technical team but they are not taking any responsibility. I have since fitted a high quality fixing kit and all leaks have been stopped.

The bath looks to be of poor quality.

Ultimately I REGRET ordering from easy bathrooms and I will never ever recommend them or use them again due to their poor quality Cubico kit and minimal aftercare.

Ive had 3 bathrooms done by easy bathroom and every one are just perfect. The service we have received from their installers has been nothing but amazing, professional and clean. The deign headset is a game changer when deciding what bathroom to go with, you can really get a feel of what the end results will look like which is perfect when designing any room in a house.

After arranging a home visit with Karen to measure our bathroom we visited the Aintree store to choose our suite, tiles etc. I have to say that the outside of the store does not do justice to the impressive range of bathroom suites and great quality items on display. Karen gave us lots of help and advice on the various items and options within the store. Once we had chosen our items, Karen designed a great layout based on the measurements she had taken. The 2D and 3D renderings were very useful in helping us make our final design decision. Any amendments we had were promptly taken care of by Karen. The delivery of our bathroom suite went smoothly and without any drama. I checked all the items and found that there a small issue with one of the plumbing items but this was dealt with swiftly by Karen.
I would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms Aintree store for a reasonably priced, very high quality bathroom. Karen also gets special commendation for the excellent customer service she provided for all stages of the process of getting our new amazing bathroom.

I spent two hours with Jake in the Norwich store and he helped me to plan my bathroom so that I got it exactly the way I wanted it. He was very helpful and patient and explained all the options to me. I am now looking forward to having the whole thing fitted. There was a great deal of choice in the furniture and fittings.

Michael from the Glasgow Store looked after us on several visits to the store to sort out bathroom floor and wall tiles and some bathroom equipment. He was superb, giving great advice and taking time to discuss our needs and find us the right products for our house renovation. We were really impressed with the customer experience and wide range of tiles and bathroom displays. All in all an excellent service and expert and friendly staff.

Ordered a full size 25 x 25 cm tile sample. it arrived pristine and well packaged but the postage was rather steep for a sample. I note that on full orders delivery is £85 with no pick up at store option.

The lady who planned the bathroom ordered all the wrong sizes. Adam has been brilliant trying to sort it out. The bathroom should have taken max 4 days, 3 weeks it still isn't finished due to wrong shower tray, wrong shower screens, this bathroom has cost me a fortune having to pay for other sizes and not been refunded for the stock sent back. You need to do better.

Easy Bathrooms in Chelmsford designed several bathrooms for us. The whole experience was excellent and the finished result was absolutely smashing. Michael designed all the bathrooms for us, in fact we sat with him for two of them and the others he designed and sent over the options to us based on what we wanted. Any returns and damaged items were replaced within two or three days. The after service from both Michael and Gerry was excellent and they responded to email queries within 24 hours, if one of them was on a day off, the other one dealt with any query or issue which meant no delay for me or the builders. A lot of time and effort was saved for us.

Good customer service on the ground supported by the delivery service which was exemplary. Bathroom is not yet installed but quality of the product looks good (sitting in my hallway...). I've since gone back to the showroom to collect other items as I was so impressed with their setup and operation. Thank you!
