Do NOT use this company! I am only leaving a 1 star rating because you are unable to leave 0! I had someone from the showroom visit my home in mid May they looked around the bathroom and took measurements. I ordered my parts and paid the deposit a week later and was told it would take up to 3 weeks for a surveyor to visit and up to a further 3 months for a fitter and then the job would take up to a week. Not an ideal time line but we needed to make use of their finance plan. I am still waiting for the surveyor to visit 10 WEEKS LATER!!! They have booked 2 surveyors in with us and both have failed to show and haven't even had the decency to let us know they aren't coming...we cut a holiday short to be home for their first visit! They will not respond to my emails or voice messages despite having taken a deposit from me. I CAN GUARENTEE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY.

Vicky was so helpful when we went to choose our tiles and aqua board for an en suite we are having built.
We showed vicky a picture of our vision & she showed & talked us through all the options. Vicky did not push us for the most expensive options; she considered our taste.
When we placed the order, vicky told us all the extras we would need (sealant/grout etc) to ensure everything was accounted for.
Would definitely recommend!

My experience with you guys, you don’t do anything for a self-employed fitters. We bring our customers to you. We got no. Loyalty with you.
I’m completely disgusted Ted and so are all the other fitters we do talk about your company. It’s not good. Your products are not that well-made and put together. After wasting all my money with you £160,000 a year I’m happy now to find another company to spend my money and all my customers. Are now going to another company. You’re always putting the blame onto fits and taking more money from us. You need to employ the right people from the stars. F you all.

I wouldn't recommend Easy bathrooms.
A staff member did the design of our bathroom and ordered the number of boxes of floor tiles we needed. The bathroom fitters were doing the work and we were one tile short! Not enough boxes were ordered. I rang Easy bathrooms and was told there were no boxes in store. I then had to ring the warehouse in Wakefield. My husband had to leave work and trail all the way from Sheffield to Wakefield because the staff member didn't measure correctly. When I complained, I was told in the terms and conditions, as a customer, you have to check the measurements! You expect sfaff to know how to do their job. Also after the work is now finished, I have just one wall tile left. Rang Easy bathrooms to order another box in case we needed to replace a tile only to be told they didn't have any and the batch is now discontinued so can't get the same. Very disappointed with Easy bathrooms and wouldn't buy from them again.

Great customer service and attention to detail. The team at easy bathrooms were super helpful and knowledgeable. Lexi was great in helping me pick out all the materials for my bathroom refit. She took the time to show me different options and helped me decide on options which were both good quality and fit my budget. It was an easy and straightforward experience!

All good, great comms, was able to order more tiles at short notice and collect in a few days. Can't fault.

Great service from start to finish very happy

Even after sorting out the design by the time we came to order the units had disappeared from sale but the team at the store still honoured the discount of the original unit. Also the response to a function query was answered within 2 days and the solution proposed worked first time .

Hi. Very good service

The staff were very helpful but.....I bought a cloakroom unit which was too big even though dimensions had been provided. Couldn't take back as it had been opened and they wouldn't be able to sell it. Why couldn't it go in a showroom? You also can't return unopened boxes of tiles or just buy singular tiles, need to buy a full box which isn't cheap. So be careful as you might fall into this trap. Customer Services don't even bother to respond to email.

Great showroom at Wrexham with 2 floors, giving plenty of choice for you to explore. Emily was really helpful and talked us through all the different options.

Company seemed genuinely interested in my order. They contacted me after I had an initial quote, which I didn’t go further with as I had measured the shower cubicle untiled. I explained why I had to wait to resubmit the measurements, and was not subsequently hassled.
There was lots of communication from the company about delivery and fitting. The company which delivered the door was very professional.
