Bought a new ensuite from Easy Bathrooms, had been to a number of other showrooms bought thought there range was better. James the salesman was really helpful in advising best products and was pleased at the overall cost. As the delivery company only do kerbside delivery James organised some of the boys from the warehouse to be here at delivery to carry up 2 flights of stairs. I think it almost killed them as they had to carry some really heavy boxes. No complaints from them so thanks Cameron and Denny really appreciate your help

Dreadful after sales service for tiles…
Delivery of tiles arrived and driver had no means to move them so I lent him my sack barrow. Half my order was bundled in another order and driver tried to tell that often tiles were in the wrong boxes. He pointed out boxes not correct name and didnt match the order. Declined delivery. Eventually he called the office and got confirmation of wrong tiles sent.
Correct tiles rescheduled 4 times as failed to arrive on new due date. Still do not have the tiles as ive been emailed that they have been delivered despite courier sending a text rescheduling again for today. Website team seem incapable of making a phone call and let the customer services team down. I agree sales chap at bracknell branch was amazing, Weybridge didn't acknowledge me at all. £85 delivery is a rip off when other companies deliver on time, using own equipment for £30. I am suggesting a complete cancellation. Very poor service, won't recommend or use again.

Just right
Having spent a largely uninspiring year looking at possible bathrooms we came to Easy Bathrooms in Peterborough. The team, and Steve in particular, have been so very helpful in every facet, walking us through all the various options until we were completely happy. Nothing was too much trouble. Based on our experience at Peterborough we would highly recommend them.

Saw it, Ordered it, Took it away!
We saw a modern glazed shower screen (1200 x 800mm) in the showroom and it was exactly what we were looking for. The following week we were able to order it through the Plymouth branch over the phone and the very helpful staff were able to give us more detail about the seals etc (as the seals looked different from the online images), and we were able to ask them to order it into their store, and get it picked up ourselves instead of paying £45 delivery charge. Very, very helpful and pleasant staff to deal with.

Refusal to comply with basic consumer law
Continually refused to agree to replace a damaged item, refusing to comply with the Consumer rights act and attempting to pass blame to the customer for a delivery issue.
Edit based on reply:
Interesting to note that this reply happened much more quickly than any personal response to myself!
Your company has still not followed the law - I accepted the 'gesture of goodwill' purely because it has held up my bathroom renovation for 2 weeks and needed to draw a line under this.
I believe the law states '31 days to 6 months: You must give the seller one chance to repair or replace the item. If that fails, you can usually claim a full refund. The law assumes the fault was there when you bought it unless the seller can prove otherwise.'
I do not believe the seller has proven this but look forward to another reply in which you attempt to justify this.

Thank you for your further comments. We appreciate that you were disappointed with the circumstances and understand the frustration caused by the delay to your bathroom project.
As this was a claim relating to damage that was reported approximately three months after delivery, rather than a fault with the product itself. The time elapsed meant that we were unable to establish when or how the damage had occurred, which is why we advised that damage should be reported promptly so that it can be properly investigated.
Nevertheless, we did agree to replace the item free of charge despite the time that had passed, in an effort to resolve the matter and bring it to a conclusion. We’re sorry that you remain unhappy with the outcome, but we hope the replacement allowed your project to progress.
We have noted your feedback and will continue to review how we communicate our damage reporting process to customers.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. As the damage was reported around three months after the item was purchased, we were unfortunately unable to establish whether the damage had occurred during delivery. We do advise customers to check their items upon delivery and report any damage within seven days so that any issues can be investigated and resolved promptly.
However, despite the time that had passed since delivery, we did arrange for the damaged item to be replaced free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. We’re sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome and appreciate your feedback.

Poor communication
Editing my review given the response received, which further demonstrates the really poor communication. I was told the reimbursement was processed last week, and here I am told it was this morning (2 weeks after I gave my account details!).
The bathroom installation is now complete, but the communication during the installation and aftercare has been very disappointing. We are still waiting for a reimbursement more than 10 days after providing our account details, and damage to the sink that was installed still hasn’t been repaired or replaced, despite it being over a month since the installation was completed.
Despite repeatedly chasing by email and phone, we have received no firm dates or meaningful updates. The lack of communication and constant need to chase has made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. We haven’t even received an acknowledgement to our emails over the last two weeks, where we’ve asked for an update.
We also had issues with items being missing from our delivery, as well as items needing to be collected due to changes during the installation. Communication around these was very poor, despite us specifically asking for updates in advance.

Hit and miss
Incredible design capabilities — their team can genuinely create beautiful bathrooms from a blank room to detailed 3D renders. Ends up lovely like the photo. The design stage was impressive and gave us confidence in the final look.
They also offer further discounts if prices reduce, which is a great policy in principle. However, when our price was reduced, an item we specifically wanted was removed from the order without clear communication.
There were a couple of practical issues too:
- Missing materials — Additional vital jackoboards weren’t included in the original quote, so we had to order more later. The lower price wasn’t honoured on the extra boards. We still saved overall, but I would have expected the original price to be maintained.
- Under‑quoted tiles — The tile quantity was underestimated, meaning we had to order more to finish the job. The extra tiles were over £12 per tile higher than the original price, which added unexpected cost.
Despite these issues, I would still recommend Easy Bathrooms. Their design work is excellent and the final result looks fantastic. Just make sure to triple‑check every detail, confirm all items are included, and ensure they’ve quoted for enough materials from the start.
They reached out and promised to sort the issues, never heard back.

Telford store is great.
Easy Bathrooms Telford were absolutely amazing. In particular Jo - she couldn’t do enough for us. We are absolutely delighted with our en-suite. The quality of everything is fantastic and the customer service has been exceptional. We did have a blip with delivery but this was resolved to our satisfaction - I would definitely arrange delivery a week before your start date. Special mention to Hayden and James who have also been especially helpful with our ongoing queries. Thank you everyone at easy bathrooms Telford. I would definitely recommend and we will go back when we do our main bathroom.
