All the team were great and especially Alex towards the end of our sale and purchase, he was very keen on chasing up solicitors who were taking a bit too long! Would definitely recommend to use them whether you are buying or selling.

We dealt with Tom in Cobham who has been really helpful and proactive in assisting us with a house purchase. The process was complex but he was very communicative and helpful in solving the issues quickly. Would highly recommend.

After an unusually long time due to unforeseen circumstance our chain held together and we have now exchanged and complete in a couple of days. Thank you Laura Lake for being so helpful and caring and for getting us there in the end.

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with estate agents. My journey to buy and sell has been a lengthy nightmare (not their fault!) and I would have never got it done without Tom pushing it all through finally and all the hard work Tom and Jordan did throughout the process. I can’t recommend them highly enough, genuinely lovely people who get tough jobs done.

My wife, Phyllis, and I are very pleased with the service provided by Simon and his colleagues, especially Tony and Sean, at Curchods’ Walton-on-Thames office, in selling the property in Florence Road. Right from the first introductory meeting with Simon, the advice given, through to completion of the sale. We were favourably impressed with the marketing helps, including many photographs of the property which were also made available on Curchod’s website.

We found there to be a pleasant, but business and efficient, relationship with all of Curchod’s staff in Walton. And we thank them for it.

We had an excellent experience with Curchods Mortgage Services while securing our mortgage.

We were introduced to Simon L. through the Curchods estate agency and decided to continue working with him even after purchasing a property through a different estate agent. We felt that Simon L. took the time to truly understand our circumstances, needs, and requirements. He was a valuable sounding board throughout the process even with topics relating to our solicitor and the estate agents.

Once our mortgage product had been selected, we worked with Michelle, who was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance to ensure all the paperwork was completed on time.

The only area for improvement would be the mortgage portal, which at times felt a little clunky, particularly when uploading documents. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from an otherwise excellent service.

We would happily recommend Curchods Mortgage Services.

The care, attention to detail, and again just the care! The housing market right now is horrific, low supply and incredibly high demand but Holly still made such an effort to help me and my sister feel supported and for that I am grateful!

5 Star service truly!!

Holly at Curchods was fantastic. She was friendly, communicative and super quick at getting back to us with any questions or problems we had. She made the whole experience really smooth and positive and after having quite a negative experience with our previous letting agents, we were really grateful for this!

We bought a property through Curchods Shepperton and are more than happy to leave a positive review. The purchase took a long time but they kept it on track despite ongoing issues with various parties involved in the transaction. Communication was great throughout and they were very helpful. We also felt that they were honest and transparent. We are delighted to finally be settled in our new home and owe a large part of that to their tenacity in getting it over the line.

Disappointed with the overall service of Curchods.
The sale of my mother’s has been going on since September 2025.
The house was initially sold within a few weeks, completion scheduled for mid December 2025. The chain collapsed due to the bottom of the chain pulling out.
Therefore our buyer also lost their buyer etc. I was happy to await to for my buyer to comeback as I knew they really wanted the House.
Phil convinced me to go back to the market against my better judgment. We soon had a new buyer.
The solicitors I was using then advised me that a ‘new file’ would have to be opened for the new buyer and that none of the previous work, checks or enquires could be used again. This left me with a bill for £1500.
The previous buyer came back and I decided to accept their offer again.
New solicitors appointed.
As I had incurred costs due to Phil insisting that I go back to market, I asked him if he could adjust his commission, he said no.
Considering that he valued the house for less than it eventually sold for, he has earned more commission than he expected.
It just proves that Curchods are only interested in making money and not about client care.
Spencer was good and helpful.
However there have been occasions where there has been poor communication.
The buyers were booked to arrive at 5 PM but arrived with Alex at 2:30, time had changed and nobody told me, particularly as I was working on my car at the time.
I also mentioned something to Alex, phoned the next day to confirm and he admitted that he had misunderstood.
Also the plans for the house had to be amended twice.
I was also send the sales details of the house by mistake this week (June 2026) which worried me as I thought the buyer had pulled out again, this caused me to panic and phone for an update.
As much as they put on a polished professional image, I would not use them again.
There are plenty of other agents in the area.

After exchanging contracts on a protracted sale of our house in Pyrford, we want to thank Charlie, Mark, Jordan and Tom at the West Byfleet office for their unstinting professionalism, care, quality level of service and commitment to achieving the optimal outcome in our case. Faced with a choice over which agent to use, we would not look beyond Curchods again. They are everything a great Estate Agent should be.

The team in West Byfleet have been exceptionally good and can definitely recommend them.

CURCHODS of New Malden have given outstanding service during a recent most difficult sale in KT3. Difficult due to Kingston Council placing a

Curchods were brilliant with our house sale, supporting us all the way with advice on the process, what push back we should and should not accept and finding us good buyers.
