Just been in to order our tiles from the branch in Sunderland. Michael and his boss were outstanding! Patient and informative with great advice. No pressure sales chat at all. Large choice of tiles and have a sample to match up with carpets. They are also storing the tiles for me till the job can be done!!! Amazing customer service will definitely recommend and be back.

We have been using CDT tiles for the last 5 years since renovating our house, we got all of our tiles from CDT. We’re now on with another renovation and will be getting all of our tiles from here as well nothing is a problem all the staff are great have no problem recommending them to anyone

Fantastic Service from the lads at sunderland store. Nothing was to much trouble. Sample tiles ordered for me to try and match up what I already have. All questions answered... highly recommended

I visited this store twice
I visited this store twice, the first time I looked at tiles and went elsewhere to look and realised that CTD had the best choice. I then went back and and was asked if I needed any help to which I said no I was just looking, this guy said well if you need help my name is Louie. I thought this was great because I hate pushy salesmen. In the end I needed to ask some questions and I was helped by Louie and another called michael. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable, and my delivery was on time. Top marks to these guys
