Amazing service!
Really helpful on the phone and just the same in person. Ordered more than would fit in our van so they put the rest in their van and followed us home to save us two trips and this is on a Saturday!! Absolute lifesavers! Massive thanks to Craig and Paul @ Hull depot! :)

Top class service
So happy shopping here. Bought tile backer boards on two occasions and both times the guys have been excellent. I wasn't sure exactly how many I need for the job so bought a few extra and CJ kindly waived the restocking fee for any returns.
I will be shopping here when I need tiles

Genuinley pleasurable & easy going experience
I visited for advice on choosing Victorian-style tiling for my front pathway. I believe the general manager or store manager was there, and we got to talk about hair dye for his wife! (I have bright luminescent orange hair). I ended up staying about an hour, chatting and discussing options and ideas. They were very helpful in explaining things to me as a none tradey.
I ended up going back to make the purchase based on their help, after shopping around all my local places. Their selection of products and the help they gave me in understanding what I could buy, what was best for my budget and feeling no pressure at all made my visit back genuinely lovely. I stayed for another hour, bantering and chatting whilst also getting some plumbing advice for another issue I have.
You can tell the guys enjoy helping people and have a lot of experience to share. I'll purposefully be going here first if I'm ever in need.

Absolutely disgusted with this company
Absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered some red metro wall tiles. when collected, the edges of every tile were rough and and not straight. On return i was told they were rustic and all rustic tiles have uneven edges, which is completely untrue, they were not advertised as rustic only metro, the images showed tiles with a straight edge. To add insult to injury they charged me 20% handling charges. Will never use them again. Buyer Beware!

CTD extremely good place for tiles and oriced
CTD is an extremely good place to go to choose your tiles. The staff, especially the manager is very knowledgeable and provides good advice and suggest. Prices are extremely competitive against other National price cutting tile chains. Used by many of the top tilers in Hull which is a high recommendations in itself!

Needed tiles in a hurry to match those in a 4 yr old bath room in our new ( to us) house, Tiles identified, sourced and delivered within 24hrs. Brilliant service. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Today l visited CTD tile company in Hull. And it was a pleasure to find the help l was given, my mobility is not brilliant l went for 11. 25.kg bags of self levelling compound while I was paying for them. A very kind gentleman put them in my car. All l can say is great service all round.

Excellent products - friendly and knowledgable staff
I was searching for a floor tile with matching wall tile and was not having a great deal of luck with other places. Having found CTD on Google maps I thought I would take a quick look and see what they had. Thankfully they had what I needed and had a good range to choose from. The staff were friendly, experienced and very helpful especially when helping me choose matching grout colours/sealants and adhesives and all for a good price. I cannot fault them. I would recommend them for retail or trade.

Would recommend! Helpful and great variety
Excellent service from Chris B and another member of staff whose name I can't remember unfortunately. Chris was friendly and professional without being pushy, he took great care in helping us and going through all options. Samples were ordered and delivered promptly. Communication was great and delivery was also prompt. I cannot fault the service and the variety of tiles available. So pleased I popped into this store. Wonderful selection of tiles. Samples are full size and the delivery is also quick. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Would most definitely recommend a visit.

Helpful staff
I was surprised by the helpful staff that work at cdt tiles.I bought some tiles which were far too heavy for me I bought also wall cement and beading the staff carried all the stuff to my car without having to be asked I am 72 and have trouble walking so it was good of them to volunteer.

From start to finish Chris in Hull helped us navigate the nightmare job of choosing tiles , he asked if we needed help and we popped back two or three times before we choose ,they have a great choice and he also gave us a good price which we were more than happy with , also when we picked them up Paul was just as helpful- all in all worth the five stars

Wall Tile Purchase
The tile I required was a Johnson's tile that was not in stock, the Assistant Paul was extremely helpful to make an order by telephoning another branch in the Midlands that had a large stock, these arrived within a few days. The Assistant telephoned me to say they had arrived. On arrival at the showroom the Assistant loaded up my car with the tiles and could not have been more polite or helpful. Will be back in the future and would recommend without hesitation.
