Website says tiles are a stocked item…
Website says tiles are a stocked item but when we go to collect them today we are told they are a special order and will not be into tomorrow sometime.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, the branch were unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability. We do appreciate that this was a frustrating experience but we are always working to improve stock availability across our branch network.

The team at CTD Tiles could not have been more helpful. They helped me match tiles to my paint, they let me take a sample home free of charge to look at it in situ. Displays make all the difference
Having been to several tile shops, it was a relief to see a proper display rather than the clapper boards. We were able to visualise the tiles properly. In addition we could put tiles side by side and hold them in different light to get a better idea of what they would look like in our bathroom. Having a range of full length mock ups was a real bonus

Stephen & Pasquale, CTD Aylesbury
Needed a further supply of tiles we originally purchased and fitted back in 2018 (paperwork long since gone). These were no longer a stock item and also came in various shades of white, of which we had long since forgotten, but Stephen & Pasquale from Aylesbury were incredibly helpful in helping us source them. Eh voila, two weeks later, we are picking them up along with their very own recommended tiler - I call that service! I would not hesitate to recommend CTD Aylesbury to anyone, thanks guys.

Aylesbury branch were brilliant
We visited the Aylesbury branch earlier this year and spoke with Stephen. He was really helpful, guiding us on suitability of tiles and advising on what would work best for us. When we ran out of tiles he was brilliant and arranged for another delivery the same day. It costs, but it’s cheaper than delaying the labourer. Thanks Stephen...you were really helpful I an otherwise very stressful situation. I’ll definitely be coming back when the next project comes a long.

Tiles suitable for a wet room floor. Then we came across CTD tiles in Aylesbury- right on our doorstep!
What a goldmine of expertise and products.
Very helpful salesman (Ziggy) he couldn’t have been more efficient and very pleasant. Helped us choose suitable tiles for the job. Thoroughly recommend this place.

A great place to choose and buy tiles.
My wife and I needed to buy wall tiles and visited CTD in Aylesbury, where we were impressed by the wide variety of tiles and the layout of the showroom. The staff were very helpful and provided us with a number of sample tiles. After making our selection, we ordered the necessary quantities at a reasonable price and arranged for them to be delivered to a town some distance away. The tiles came into stock quickly and were delivered at the time which we had agreed. The service of CTD Aylesbury was first class and we are delighted with the product.

I've visited CTD tiles in Aylesbury several time recently trying to find some difficult to match tiles.
On each occasion I have received excellent service from the very helpful staff.
I received friendly constructive advice, and a nice discount on the tiles I finally settled on.

Excellent service and good selection of tiles
I ordered some bathroom tiles on 4th March. I was served by a very polite gentleman called Zippy. I was particularly grateful to him for his time and patience as I really had no idea what to get only that I wanted to enhance the light and space in my small bathroom. He was most helpful and gave me good advice on grout colour and trim also. I would not hesitate to promote CTD tiles in Aylesbury for their excellent service Looking forward to collection day .
