Delivery is from China, took ages (over a month!).

The magnets are crap, one light just falls when it's vertical (not upside down, just stuck to a wall).

The reviews on their website are probably a scam, I don't see a way to post a review on my order.

I purchased a bedside lamp after seeing it on Facebook. It's stylish and fits perfectly with my decor, but the touch controls are a bit sensitive-sometimes it turns on when I don't mean to. Still, I love it.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering with Creative.Lighting. I've been scammed by this Chinese company. I ordered a light with them that looked very qualitative on their website. I had looked into cheaper alternatives on Amazon but I decided to pay a bit more to get something really nice. When my delivery arrived, I immediately noticed the product looked very cheap and similar to what I could have gotten on Amazon, if not worse... I contacted them to return the item, and they started by offering me a £15 discount on their website for another purchase. I insisted with a return, and they gave me an address in China for which I would pay the shipping fees, or an immediate £5 refund. I took the £5 refund as I sensed the return process would not be straightforward... So basically, I paid for a really cheap product 3 to 4 times more than I would have paid on Amazon. The company is most definitely not based in Sweden.

Delivery was super fast. The only thing I’d mention is that the packaging was a bit basic, but the lamp itself feels sturdy and well made. Great value for the price.

The customer service is great! I accidentally put the wrong street number, so the delivery failed and was already being returned when I realized it. I emailed them for help, and they quickly updated my street number and arranged a redelivery. Super helpful!

Recently bought a USB charging station from them. Very useful, like it.

I’ve bought almost all the lights in my house from this site. There’s such a great variety to choose from. I’m definitely a regular customer and will keep coming back for more!

They refused to cancel my order after I had just placed it, you can buy their crap on Amazon for a tenth of the price. Then when I wanted to return it they insisted I ship it back to China with a tracking number that costs 89$. It’s a predatory vendor. Stay away

Great products that work well, have great specs and the light looks good. A bit expensive though.

Hände weg von Ihnen, das sind BETRÜGER! Die Ware ist grottenschlecht, zurück schicken funktioniert nicht, weil die Ware "vom Zoll angehalten wird", "Kundenservice" mega unfreundlich und gar nicht zuvorkommend! Habe mein Geld nie zurück bekommen!!!!!!!!!
